I didn't need to have work done that I thought I needed and there was no charge for the visit. Working with a company that is honest is so refreshing! Thank you!

Zach did an excellent scoping our sewer drain. He communicated well and provided a lot of good information on our specific setup. He located and showed me where our sewer met the main, how deep the sewer actually was, which provides a great drainage slope. He found some roots but didn't pressure us to clean it as it wasn’t needed yet. He also talked me through what adding a clean out might look like in the future. We’ll also get a video of the scope for future reference!
Glad to know we don’t need to be concerned about backing up!

I conducted my due diligence by getting three quotes. I selected this company because they specialize in sewers, local family owned, and fair pricing. They were also recommended by my plumber. Again, a very professional staff, owner oversight, and easy to talk to.

Dan's Drains and Digs provided a slow drain consult in coordination with my local plumber; fortunately, the consult was free of charge. Although Dan's Drains and Digs did not perform any physical service, Zach provided valuable insight to assist with my issue. They also provided proactive communication regarding my appointment and arrived on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services should the occasion arise in the future.

Fast scheduling and fast service! Appreciate Shelby and Zach getting our main line clog problems resolved quickly. I asked for a quote to have a liner installed and it was very reasonable compared to others that quoted me for total replacement. Had to get an access point put in for our sewer to get it cleaned. Dan's was great! Kept in constant contact with us, kept us updated and cleaned everything up perfectly when they were done. Such a relief because we were so nervous of what else could go wrong but Dan's team had it handled. My daughter was also super thrilled to watch them dig!
As an update, Dan's came back to replace our pipes. Our insurance company made us do it so it wouldn't be an uninsured/known issue in the future. They were still fast and kept us updated through the 7 inches of snow that we got! Highly recommend Dan's Drains and Digs!

We had a plumbing emergency in our basement- they had the quickest response time I've ever had with any maintenance company- I called at 830am and we had a technician come by 915am! Fixed in one hour with very reasonable prices. Also gave honest feedback for other potential plumbing work in the rest of the house. Would definitely recommend!

I was having issues with my sewer lines backing up. Another company quoted me several thousand dollars to fix the issues saying piping needed to be replaced. I called Drain Plumber for a 2nd opinion. Dwayne was VERY HONEST, he said my pipe didn't need to be replaced and simply cleared out correctly to fix the probelms. Sure enough Dwayne fixed the problem saving me thousands of dollars. He was also prompt, efficient, knowledgable, and a good value. I highly reccomend.

We were having problems with water rising up through a drain in our mechanical room. Dwayne was able to track down the problem quickly by scoping our drain line with a camera and the cleaning it out. Very reasonable and would highly recommend.

The Drain Cleaner is absolutely amazing! I am on a tight schedule most days, but they arrived in the time that they said that they would, unlike most drain cleaning companies.
