Dwayne came to our house in less than an hour and figured out what was needed to fix our plumbing problem. He got right to work and saved the day! I was back to work before lunch! Highly recommended.

Dwayne showed up at the agreed upon time and was very courteous and professional. He answered all of the questions I had (I asked a lot of questions) and explained the process to me, from start to finish.

Dwayne unblocked the drain line and also explained to me why the blockages happen. He checked the health of the pipe leading to the main line in the street, and I was able to view the entire process via camera from beginning to end.

Wow! There's something to be said for being the quickest to come out (30 minutes from the time I phoned on a Friday afternoon--and he busted it over all the way from Manitou while everyone else required that I book ahead for the following week), and the least expensive ($99 including tax)... but when I found out his name is Dwayne Wright, well that just sealed the deal for me! :-) Yes, I took his biz card and now I'll always call Dwayne whenever I need my tub to drain right!

Its rare to find honest service. I am glad I called Mighty DrainPro, the service was fast and accurate at a great price. No hidden fees, the service tech Dwane explained to me up front how much he was going to charge, and he followed through with no surprises. Because of his honesty, I had him come back to clean out my storm drains. I didn't know if the drains could be cleared or not, as they hadn't worked in years, but he did it and now the problem is solved. He guarantees his work and won't charge you if he can't fix it.

Dwayne was a true hero for us this morning! We are moving to Alaska in a few days and our toilet and bathtub were backing up with sewage. Nothing we were throwing at it was working and we were feeling defeated. We were referred to Dwayne and we could not have asked for a better person to come out! Dwayne arrived within half an hr, diagnosed the issue quickly (tree roots!) and was able to clear the clog and get us back on track! (Did I mention it’s Memorial Day weekend?) His prices are fair and his work is quality! I highly recommend!!

I needed to have some plumbing work done beneath my basement slab. Dwayne came out, identified the problem and helped me locate exactly where the cast iron pipe needed to be replaced. A couple weeks later I had a backup in a sink, I didn’t hesitate to call Dwayne. He was able to clear the backup and scoped the line to make sure everything else looked ok. Amazing customer service! I called Dwayne early Tuesday morning with sewer back up in our basement bathroom. He thought he could be out by 11. At 9, he called and said he was 15 mins away. Under Promise, Over Deliver, he was speaking my language!

Our repair including removing the toilet to gain access to the sewer pipes. Living in an almost 120 year old house, we thought all of the pipes had been replaced to the main when the foundation was redone. It wasn't until Dwayne scoped the pipes that he found 50 feet of plastic, 20 feet of clay and another 10 feet of plastic to the main. Unfortunately roots invaded the 20 feet of clay. Dwayne worked for hours to remove the roots that had not been touched within the at least the last 8 years! We asked if we need to think about replacing the clay pipe, his advice was to just have it cleaned once a year because the pipe looked in good condition and should remain that way for years to come if we continue to maintain the root situation.

He was professional, offered great advice, was reasonable and gave us a card for a referral to have our hot water heater replaced. I could not recommend a better plumber.

It’s difficult to adequately explain, in writing, how pleased we are with Dwayne’s services. After I called him he was here in about 40 minutes or so. He’s a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable gentleman. He listened to my explanation of what was happening and quickly determined where and what needed to be done. He gave an affordable and reasonable quote and went right to work. He was patient with my questions regarding the equipment he was using and the process to fix our plumbing issue (something I’m always very happy with the professionals – explaining the what’s, when’s, why’s and how’s). When Dwayne was finished he explained the recommended preventative measures for the drain system as they relate to our home. 5 stars aren’t enough. Quick response from Dwayne, quick service rooting my line to the city service and ran the camera to review the cleanout once completed. Would recommend for any future service needs to all.
