Lets just start off with saying that this company has horrible customer service. First, they no-showed to the first appointment that was scheduled. We did not receive a courtesy phone call to let us know. I called and complained and they stated that they were behind on jobs because of the weather, so other appointments were pushed out. Well, this would of been nice to know. Second, we were told by the technician that the service would be comp'd because of the scheduling mix up. Fast forward to a week later, we receive a bill in the mail.....$195.00! THEY COULD NOT EVEN FIX THE ISSUE! When I called I was told by the manager that we still owed them for the labor, even though the technician stated that the manager told him to tell us that the services would be FREE! We will never recommend or use them again. They were able to refer us to someone who could actually fix the problem. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The technician who came to my home . He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with my garage door, and even gave me tips on how to maintain it in the future. I had a fantastic experience with Foster Garage Door Repair Company and replacement

Foster Electric was spot on this past month. We had several issues with lights and outlets. Their service team came out, inspected what was happening and then scheduled the work. Two days later, at their scheduled time, showed up with all the right parts and took care of our team in a very timely fashion. Thank you so much for being on top of your game.

one of their employees parks their van right next to our patio. They live in a very nice location, everyone has 2 car driveways and garages and parking is allowed in front of the houses, yet this person will not move their van to their own house. Foster told me it is a free country and their owner is not going to ask their employee to be respectful. I was informed it is a free country by the person who answered the phone. Foster pretty much summarizes what is wrong with people today. It's their right, so it does not matter how selfish or rude they are. Please do not use this business.

These guys are the best in town. Wire Nut cancelled a long standing appointment on me 4 days before I close on my home and they were able to get me in for an emergency appointment the same day. Prices were extremely fair, the guy they sent out to my house (I wish I could remember his name!) was very professional and didn't waste any time tackling the tasks at hand. They communicated very well, too. Highly recommend!

Well called and left a message and never even bothered to call me back

I was desperate looking for someone to put my ceiling fans I call Mike and he received my phone and told me he will be there that day. I was very excited they did excellent job. He went a mile and fix one which another electrician didn't fix well. Very affordable. If you are looking for someone for any electrical work please call Mike. They never disappoint you. Thank you Mike very experienced indeed

I have used this company for the past 4 years for installing smoke alarms, landscape lighting, timed outdoor lighting, indoor lighting, etc. Service was exceptional, prompt, reasonable and professional.

The only reason he got one star is because I had to put one The alleged owner Mike have zero regard for people's families people's businesses or anything but his own Pockets he doesn't care that he's affecting people's lives with turning off power and not notifying anyone he has zero respect for people who call him to get resolution and he obviously does not care who he is affecting other than himself he literally told me the power will be back on when the power is back on even though he did not go about notifying anybody and instead passed the buck to his customers to notify he has zero respect for families businesses or anybody but he said I would not trust his negligence to do my electricity seeing as he can't even be bothered to do the rest of his job like notifying people their power will be out
