UPDATE!!!--Gave E-Pros of CO a call almost a year later again since the wind decided to visit and shake a few electrical connections up around the neighborhood. Asked if they could come out and see what might be causing the lights to flicker randomly. Tony was on it and had it rectified in no time. Once again I commend you guys on a Superior Job!! Tony, Tisha and his team are Awesome!!! Honest and not out to just take your money along with offering a great military discount. We had an RV outlet installed at our home. Tony came out prior and gave us many options for what size, placement and prices of the outlet. They were on time to the job, very professional, and to their word about pricing. I won’t use any other company for our future electrical needs. Amazing company!!!!

Electrical Pros of Colorado is a gem of a business in the Springs. Tony and Leo made an appliance outlet fix super easy. Everything from scheduling to the to the repair was handled up front by the owner Tony swiftly and professionally. They took extra time to check out our oven and ensure it was functional again before leaving.

First off let me start by saying I do not leave many reviews for companies online. With that in mind there is much to be mentioned about Electrical Pros of Colorado. After 20 years in the Army, I am generally a stickler for promptness, being informed, and had just moved to Colorado Springs from Boston not knowing who to call and trust. To begin I needed to install a dedicated circuit for an above ground pool. I had two other electrical companies come out for an “estimate” and never received an email or phone call back from either of the two. On to the third company, Electrical Pros of Colorado. I reached out via social media and a phone call. Within 30 minutes I had received a message back through the Facebook page by Tony the owner as well as also received a phone call back from Tisha at the same time. Prompt response was a great start off the bat! Tisha the office manager called back my phone number even though I did not leave a voicemail as I started communicating on Facebook with Tony. Tisha checked the schedule and was able to squeeze me in same day. She told me on the phone Tony would be there about 2 pm. Now this is typically the part where you sit around and watch out the window waiting unable to focus on anything else at the house etc. Surprisingly I received a text message confirming the time and date for the appointment. I received a text message that Tony was “en route now”. I received a text when the estimate was finished as well. Tony arrived on time, and I explained to him what I wanted done. Tony was extremely professional, gave me different options that had different costs, and explained the pros/cons of each option. Once I decided the final scope of the project Tony left and said he would send an estimate over. This is where I started to wonder if I would see this contractor again. Well, 45 minutes later I had an email with a link to “view estimate”! I opened it up and it was SIMPLE to read and understand. The estimate price was extremely fair and beat verbal estimates I received from the two companies we will not mention here. I was extremely impressed at this point and saw the link to “APPROVE” the estimate with the scope of work and total cost upfront. I clicked on “APPROVE” and 30 minutes later I had a phone call from Tisha confirming the approved work and asked me when I am available to get on the schedule. I asked for the soonest and from estimate to completion we were 5 days which included Saturday and Sunday! Rinse and repeat all my notifications that the job was scheduled, Tony was “en route”, and when the job was completed. After they left I never could tell they were there!
Bottom line upfront, if you want to be informed, feel important, be treated respectfully by a company with a positive attitude, and get great results then I highly recommend reaching out to this company and giving them a chance to give you an estimate. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Tony, for taking care of my project and you will be my go to guy for electrical needs!
