Thanks to Matt for getting a very complicated situation resolved!

Worked on my new generec generator. During the repair found what caused the breakdown. Made the repair on that part of the generator. Reseat the computer on the generator. He found that there had been no damages. The genorator is up and working good.

Worked out perfectly. Everything done as exspected no surprises.

Lenz Electric and their service tech Justin were amazing, prompt, and exceeded all expectations. They negotiated with Generac to replace my rotor-stator damaged by a lightning strike even though my 17 KW unit was out of warranty. They have become my lifetime goto electrical service company. Hats off to Generac also.

Called Lenz Electric for a warranty work on a non functioning generator. The tech comes out (nice as can be) and spends 10 seconds resetting something or other and leaves. I get a bill for $135.00 bucks. I feel that is exorbitant price for a service call that was supposed to be covered by the warranty. They wouldn't even attempt to negotiate the price? Feel I was treated unfairly.

Where to begin??? I hired them to replace the electrical panel in my house. Mike the installer showed up late, kept dripping tools on my tile floor, didn't have all of the supplies to do the job, marked half of the breakers as PLUGS. Owners of the company are very nice, but I will not use them in the future.

From Amanda at the office, to Joshua who showed up and performed the requested change (installed outlet in floor, no more extension cords covered with throw rugs) i was pleased. They got to it quick and got it done..
Value was appropriate for services performed, i would use again...

We worked with Lenz Electric to purchase and install a new Generac whole-house generator. Chad was very thorough in reviewing the various models and options, visiting the site to discuss where best to place the generator, and handling all the details of ordering and installation. It was a very professional job and we are very happy with the sales and support we received from everybody at Lenz Electric! John also did a great job running the gas line right down to painting the pipe to match the house. Support after the sale to answer questions and help set up the MobileLink feature has also been great. Very impressive attention to detail all the way around!

5 stars for the generator but 2 stars for the service. Communication was horrible. I had to follow up to move to the next step each time. Gas installation was not handled properly and I had to request that be fixed. Inspections were a nightmare as Lenz would get the call from the county and never pass on the information even after being prompted by me. I started the process of getting my generator installed in September and it is now December and it is finally all finished. Not to mention my credit card was compramised 30 minutes after we gave our information over the phone. Lenz could be a great company if they had effective internal and external communication and put their customers first.

I am building a custom home in Colorado Springs. It has been quite the experience. I was fortunate to find Lenz Electric who has been one of the few bright stars of our building experience. When I set up my appointment Chad came out, took a thorough look at my house, listened to my concerns, told me what his company could do to help and shortly after gave me a bid that I thought was very fair. I ended up using Lenz for several different things such as installing whole house electrical panel, 2 sub panels, main electric run, install of a whole house Generac generator and consulting when we had issues with passing inspections. I would definitely hire Lenz Electric again as they were professional, fair priced and did high quality work.
