Extremely professional and conscientious staff. Eddie and the crew and came by to wire up our basement, they entertained our toddlers and set up the outlets and lights according to our vision for a downstairs single bedroom apartment style with theater area. They were sure to bring up things we didn't think of like room to grow with fans and recommend areas to install dimmer switches. Very professional and kind people, will not hesitate to use for our future electrical needs!

Jeff and his son Isaac from Litwell Electric provided invaluable assistance when we were in a tight spot. Initially, we had hired a different electrician to install a Tesla wall charger, only to discover that the first electrician lacked a proper license. When we pressed for the necessary permit, he ghosted us. Thankfully, we crossed paths with Jeff and his company, Litwell Electric. Jeff’s professionalism and empathy stood out as he assessed the situation. He promptly identified the previous “electrician’s” errors: an improper installation using aluminum wire instead of copper, along with inadequate breaker amps – a clear safety hazard that violated code.

Litwell Electric truly stands behind their work. About five months after my basement was finished, I started experiencing electrical issues. I reached out to Litwell and scheduled an appointment. Just a few days later, the situation escalated—half the house lost power. Litwell recommended I also call the power company to come check their systems.

Despite it being after hours, Litwell came out promptly to inspect their work. They thoroughly checked everything they had installed and found no issues.

Sure enough, when the power company arrived, they discovered a faulty transformer on the utility pole. Litwell had already suspected this, but still took the time to come out and verify their work—after hours, no less. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service are outstanding.

Tho we had a minor hiccup after the install of our generator, (it had nothing to do with the generator) the White Rhino team were awesome from beginning to end. The staff is friendly and professional, working in the chilly temps to get our generac installed. Now we are ready in case something happens. A wonderful piece of mind for us. 💖

Robert is a great tech, knowledgeable and very kind to my huge ill-behaved puppies. He got right to the job and finished it up in short order, nice man and I felt totally safe here with him.

Great service, friendly, experienced, and worked through a foot of snow to do the job. Only complaint was getting the app to function. Still gave White Rhino five stars because the staff was first rate.

This is the 2nd time I have used White Rhino and am again very greatful. Robert and his apprentice were very professional. Robert found the problem with my kitchen outlets and showed me a burnt outlet that controls 2 others that most likely could have caused a house fire. They also checked out 2 other gfi outlets that were controlling other parts of the house that I was unaware of. I would absolutely recommend White Rhino and will tell my neighbors.

If I could give White Rhino Electric more than 5 stars, I would! This team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled! After having work done to our building, we started experiencing intermittent electrical issues. We called the contractors back out, including an electrician, and none of them could find the issue or offer any solutions. As the problem worsened, we called White Rhino on a recommendation from a co-worker. Boy were they right. Tavis came out right away, and was able to witness the intermittent effects, get the building safe until a further diagnosis could be done. Rudy and Mike came out soon there after, already knowing what Tavis had learned, so I did not have to go through it again with them. They quickly found the cause of all our problems, and fixed it! They even offered to put in a few of the bulbs that had burnt out in that area of the building. I am so happy with their kind, quick, and professional approach. Our issue could have gotten a lot worse, but they took care of it, so we can rest assured we are safe! Thanks White Rhino Electric, Tavis, Rudy and Mike. You all are the best!!

Kris and James did an amazing job with installing some new light fixtures and ceiling fans for our home. Competitive pricing and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely be using White Rhino in the future and would recommend their services to anyone.

They did an awesome job servicing our generac full House generator. They troubleshot to find out why it wasn't working and got it working fine.

They're also looking at another problem in our house with a roof heater the melt some of the ice dams on our roof, and they are currently troubleshooting that.

Service was great, showed up on-time and fixed the intial issue fast. Battery which has been an issue since install was also replaced hopefully it wont die again. It hasn't.

1/12/23 - First Power outage since we had Generator installed. the generator started right up, however something failed in the transfer switch. Contacted white rhino and left a message, Ryan contacted us about twenty minutes later and had me check some things. He scheduled a service person for the next morning. The repair guy arrived on time and after a little work needed to get get replacement parts. Got the system running like it is supposed to and we were good to go. After everything done we noticed that the nest thermostat was not running. A quick internet search said we need to make sure it was charged, since it didnt seem to want to charge up by being connected. we set it up charge via USB cable. Once Charged it was displaying the same error as before we reset things. Repairman came out on the 13th and ended up replacing the thermostat.

11/19/24 After having the Solar System shut down and removed and replaced for the roof to be replaced the battery died on the generator. Dont know why but I assume the solar guys did something when they disconnected stuff. I didnt check to see if everything was correct (lesson learned to always test the system when stuff is being worked on) anyways we had the annual service done. The tech arrived on time and this was a short notice service call... all is good. Highly recommend White Rhino for your electrical needs ( especially the Generac Generators ) they are great people to work with.

11/20/25 Annual Service appt, showed up early and got things done. Thank you...

2/19/26 - during our annual service we let the technician know that we were having issues with the Generator was going online and offline occasionally and he said the main processor board may need to be replaced and that if it kept doing it the would order another board under warranty and get it replaced. well the board took awhile to showed up and was replaced. System has been up and running for a few days. Everything is great again!!

We purchased a couple ceiling fans from Home Depot. We’re new to the area so we asked them to have 3 Pro’s contact us to provide bids. White Rhino Electric actually called us, which we appreciated.
