White Rhino Electric provided a periodic service on our 20KW Kohler standby generator which included oil & filter service with air cleaner replacement, check valves, replace spark plugs, check battery, and run test.

Once the service date and time was scheduled, timely reminders were sent, and the appointment/service was completed as scheduled.

During a Kohler generator installation, discovered that the company installs mostly Generac brand. The installers were great but simply did not have much or any experience with Kohler. A 2 day install turned into 4 days with much owner-provided assistance. And I mean much. Looked through installation manuals together, called Kohler support line, installed three different pads in different locations because of constraints from either the generator or Xcel. In the end, all is working and I am very pleased with the result. Next time, new installers should be better guided by someone who has experience with each brand. This is the only complaint I have ... otherwise, the company and individuals were all great. From the office managers/support to the owner to the installers. I highly recommend otherwise. BTW, according to the specs, the Kohler is quieter and over 35-40% more efficient than Generac.

Andrew and Philip did a phenomenal job. American Electrician had the best quote out of the three companies I tried. They were also extremely fast, efficient, and clean. They did the job in one day and were able to install 5 brand new lights with no damage to the ceilings or walls. My husband was even impressed by their work and demeanors. Also installed dedicated outlets in kitchen to keep appliances from tripping. Will use them again to install outside hot tub outlets in the summer or whatever is needed in this older home. Customer service was great to work with as well when called for an appointment.

Andrew was very efficient & personable. He gave me information about what the surge protector does in order to keep the circuit breaker working without a problem. I had no understanding of its job before this.

I just bought a used hot tub, and I called several electrical companies to do the job and many of them were booked weeks out, or way too expensive. American Electrician sent their electrician JC out, and he gave me a fair quote and was able to do a great job right on the spot. And he was able to take a little extra time to figure out why some of my electrical outlets weren't working too. He was fast and efficient and did a great job.
