I could not afford for my hard-earned money to be squandered on a partially-proficient business… so I really scoured the region for a top-notch HVAC company. After going through the bidding process with several companies I ultimately chose White Rhino.
The technology for on-the-spot bidding was a plus to their competitive pricing. Communication was patient & thorough and the demeanor of the crew was professional, neat, and friendly. I can only imagine that any future follow-up services will meet or exceed those standards. 5/5 definitely recommend.

I worked with White Rhino as a vendor on behalf of Lowes to install a whole house Generac generator that I bought through Lowes. White Rhino was an excellent communicator throughout, they showed up on time, they did the work they said they would do, and they were pleasant to deal with. When the county inspector had some minutia they wanted them to clean up after the work was done, White Rhino came right back immediately and made the adjustments for free. Highly recommended for a generator install.

We wanted three estimates and Ryan was co prompt yo call and then provide an on site visit. He followed up with a written estimate that was the most comprehensive and detailed out of three.
Upon selecting White Rhino Electric my generator was ordered and an installation date was established. Prior to arrival I received a text with the picture of my technician and a reminder of date and time. Austin arrived with another tech also named Austin promptly. They were both courteous and extremely professional throughout the installation process. They left the work area as nice as it was before they came. I highly recommend White Rhino Electric and plan to use them for future jobs! None better than this team in my 16 years living in COS and Monument!

Service tech was on time, showed up in a professional manner, addressed this issues, fixed problem, and serviced our home generator.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I had an estimated amount of work done. While they completed the work, they needed my help with my machinery for over an hour. They were quoted to be here for 8 hours. At most they were here for 5 over an hour and a half was to leave for more supplies. I requested a reduction in the total amount invoiced and they refused and didn't respond to my email. The rep that contacted me was very rude about insitsting they did, which they may have however; I didn't receive anything. I wasn't expecting a huge reduction; they could have offered to take a few 100 off given the situation. I will never use this company again. I'm only giving a 1 star because zero isn't an option

I had an incredible experience with the team at White Rhino Electric. The entire team did an incredible job from providing the initial quote, to installation, to service after the sale. I would not hesitate to use White Rhino Electric again and highly recommend them.

I used them to install some solar equipment. They left the job unfinished and broke a couple things. They lost the book on the generator. I paid them and paid someone to go behind them and do things right. Pitiful company! Don’t take a chance!
