I was really impressed with the professionalism of Precise today. After explaining my electrical issue over the phone, Precise recommended I have my utility provider check it out first to ensure I was not being charged to troubleshoot an issue on the utilities side. Sure enough, the issue was utility related, and I avoided a service fee. Thank you for being genuine and looking out for your customers.

Mike is straightforward, honest, and a very knowledgeable Master Electrician. His prices are more than reasonable and he answers his phone the first time when you call. Great electrician, nice guy, and would highly recommend!

I called Precise Electric when my Drier stopped working. Before replacing/repairing the drier I wanted to be sure the outlet was getting power (I suspected a faulty breaker) and asked for a quote to text the outlet.

All that is required to test an outlet is a simple process of inserting a multimeter probe into each slot to measure voltage, and see how much power it is receiving, if any. All electricians carry multimeters.

I was quoted $137 for a diagnosis that would take less than 30 seconds!!! Stunned st the price, I'm thinking he must think I want it repaired. I restated again what I was requesting. Nope! That quote was just to diagnose power to the outlet. Heaven knows how much it would have cost me if I needed the breaker replaced.

And..I literally live 3 miles from the business. The whole service call would've taken less than 15 min MAX! Before using Precise Electric I suggest getting other quotes.

I gave him 2 stars because he may actually be a decent electrician. I do not know because his quote priced him completely out of the job.

Mike and his associate were so quick and answered all my questions while they worked. They were honest and told me exactly what I'll need to do to make sure my house was safe and up to code. Very highly recommend them. Pricing was great as well.

Mike and Heath delivered exactly what they promised. They upgraded my electric panel efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Mike kept me informed every step along the way and I was never in doubt as to what to expect. I will use them for all my electrical needs. Thanks guys!

I was very pleased when Mike & his team fixed my electrical whole-house problems 4 years ago after bad storm related water damage. So I called him again with the after-remodeling electrical updating I needed. The team came out and were done in 2 hours with what I requested. Two days later an old problem of a "ghost" doorbell again resurfaced. I was so dismayed. But Mike's team came over as soon as possible. Mike told me trouble shooting was free. They took everything apart, climbed up into the attic, located the 45 yr old transformer, ran new electric wire, took out/reinstalled a ceiling fixture and VIOLA! After 4 years there is no more "ghost" doorbell ringing at all hours. And...unbelievably, Mike refused payment for this labor intensive re-visit. I am VERY pleased with this excellent professional service. I will continue to recommend Precise Electric to all my friends!

I want to Thank Precise Electric for the Good & Prompt Service that I received today. Mike replaced my 2 smoke alarms that were out dated so they would be up to code . He gave me Good advice on future replacement of ceiling Fans & Lighting . He was so pleasant & Very Professional . Mike and Sean are exceptional electricians. They solved all of the electrical issues in my home including: replacing receptacles, putting new covers on all of my light switches and solving my electrical issues I have been dealing with for several years. I had several electricians give me quotes and assess my needs to get everything fixed. Their solutions were any where from $15,000 to $20,000. Their solutions would not have fixed any of my issues. Precision an outstanding job of fixing all of my electrical problems at a more than reasonable affordable price. I would highly recommend them for electrical needs you my need to have fixed.

I am extremely happy with the service I received! Mike was able to come out the day after I called. He was on time, quick, efficient, professional and clearly a master of his craft. He figured out the issue immediately and completed the job in less time than I expected. I was thrilled with the price which was significantly lower than I was expecting. Family owned and operated electrical business. Called and got an appointment for the next day as it was an emergency to me. They were very knowledgeable,friendly and considerate and did the work in a short time.
And for a very reasonable price. I recommend them to anybody. I have used the high price corporate people..paid more and got less. Give them a try if you need someone. You won't regret it.

I had a problem with some outlets not working, the two men were able to resolve it quickly, were cordial to work with, and arrived even earlier than the window expected. Wire Nut had cancelled previous appt at the last minute. Electrical Pros will take even small jobs.

Had them come out to look at an issue with a outlet that sparked on us. They were able to get here within a few days, showed up to the appt on time and got right to the issue. I felt comfortable and confident in the explanation I was given and will definitely call again next time I have an issue!

Had a simple issue with an outlet losing power. ELECTRICAL PROs came out and didn't even charge because is was so minor and I had a brand new outlet myself. They installed it then told me to have a wonderful day NO Charge!!! Highly recommend them if you need service.
