I was very pleased with the Mr. Electric business and the finished results. I used them because of their positive rating/reviews on Yelp. I needed them to install two light/fan fixtures in my two extra bedrooms. Don did a thorough job of explaining things to me as he was checking out all outlets, the circuit breaker box, etc. I thought he was coming out to just do an estimate but delighted to find he could do the job right then. Yea! He also helped me determine what kind of fixtures I'll need for another, upcoming project. I'll definitely be using Mr. Electric again and will ask for Don.

I was on my way to an excellent experience with ahead-of-time arrangements, including on-time arrival and back-at-the-office real-time responsiveness. The Electrician was very professional and kind, clearly explaining all recommended repairs & maintenance. The price was right. The work was completed same day, within amount of time estimated. Work completed professionally, with explanations of what to expect & how things work in my home.

Mr. Electric was very easy to schedule and Dain is a great electrician. He was able to schedule my project right away and did a fantastic job. I had a multiple 3-4 way switch spaghetti mess going on that needed reconfigured and moved to a new location. Dain did an excellent job, and quickly too. Very professional, courteous, and very clean workmanship. No doubt I will be requesting Dain for all future projects!

Dominic was our technician and he was very professional and thorough with the free electrical inspection. He went over everything that was inspected and gave recommendations for service with no pressure. He installed light fixtures outside of our home and we could not be happier with his job. The entire process with Mr. Electric was great from scheduling to service. We will definitely use Mr. Electric with a request for Dominic for our future electrical services. I replaced all of my outlets and switches in my kitchen. Had a problem with 2 lights working so I called for service. Ended up finding one switch wired wrong. $400 for 2 hours of service and no parts needed and the switch is installed upside down now

Updated - waited one week after response, no one ever followed up with me. Flipped the switch back.

I contacted Mr. Electric about a whole-house surge protector. Setting up the appointment was simple, and the automated communication system (via text in my case) worked well.
Two electricians showed up right on time for the estimate. The electricians, Greg and Dominic were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. While here, they noticed that we had been working on relabeling our panel, and mentioned that they offer that service as well.
After getting the quote for the work, we ended up having them install the surge protector and relabel the panel so that it is accurate for the first time in history. They were very thorough and made sure that everything was labeled correctly; checking lighting, receptacle, and utility (e.g. washer, dryer, oven, etc.) connections throughout the house. The panel work for the surge protector was neat and professional. The surge protector itself was installed in-wall below the panel in the garage. It was fit professionally, and finished neatly. The work area was cleaned up afterword. I was able to use a web-coupon for $50 off, which they applied to the bill. Based on this experience, I would recommend this company, but particularly Greg and Dominic. They really seemed to care about doing a thorough job.

Dain McKeon was a wonderful technician, prompt, clean, and extremely thorough explanation of his diagnosis. He quickly repaired the problems and gave us fair estimate for future preventative maintenance. Dain was extremely polite and enthusiastic about solving problems. Dominic was awesome! He did a phenomenal job adding outlets and was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We appreciated how quickly he accomplished our projects and he managed to do it in the cleanest way possible. His workmanship definitely exceeded our expectations. Domenic was the employee who helped my mom and I and he was super fun and engaging to talk to. Amazing service and always went the extra mile to help us out. Definitely had good vibes with him while he was installing stuff in our house. 10/10 experience. Give ya boy a raise if you can.

I had an EV charger installed and they got me on the schedule within a day. Kris came and gave me an estimate and installed the charger. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I will definitely recommend them and use them for any future electrical needs.

This was a fantastic experience. They responded to our request immediately and had someone out here within a few days. Not only did they communicate to notify me when to expect our handyman, but he arrived 15 minutes before his hour window even started. John was extremely polite and professional, and repaired everything that we needed in a very timely manner. The cost was extremely competitive, so to get quality work that we did at this price, I will definitely use them anytime I need help.

I can’t praise these guys enough. Only company willing to see me for my schedule and not have to get charged a bunch of emergency hours. Kris did all the work with us and he was super polite, met our needs exactly to the letter, and did top quality work for us. Dain was on time and prepared to do the job I requested--replacing a dimmer switch. Good customer service and follow through to set up the appointment, let me know when he would be here and sending my receipt afterwards. Thank you, we will use Mr. Electric again when needed.

Kris came to my house yesterday and fixed an issue with my breaker panel. Arrived exactly on time. One hour later, including a trip to the supply store, he was done. Very professional and personable. Couldn't have been happier with the service and price.

An aside....I'd been trying to schedule service with a few other electricians for 4 days to no avail. I made this appointment after 5PM on Monday and Kris was here at 8AM Tuesday. They earned my complete loyalty with a single visit.

We needed our smoke alarms replaced and this was our first time using Mr Electric. Dain arrived on time and was very professional, efficient and friendly. We would definitely use this company again.

We asked them to remodel our kitchen lighting. They were prompt, friendly, and produced great results — and at a much more reasonable rate than the other estimate we received. Will definitely be using them again for any electrical work that needs to be done around the house.

Mr Electric came to my home to hang a chandelier in the staircase . It was not easy but they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were very kind, helpful and professional.

Of all the estimates I received, you guys were the only ones that came out and gave me an in person estimate. You bid was on point or a bit lower then others. They sent out Bill who was great in answering my questions. Even though it was in the evening, and I accepted their bid, Bill asked to knock out the job right then and I was over the moon that he could do it right then. He installed a level 2 Tesla charger for me. Very pleased.

I have used Mr. Electric, twice! I love that they are quick to respond and set up an appointment. This second time, I had requested a quote to install 3 LAN drops, in each room…and it was a matter of 15 minutes to get a quote and set up a time, all within reason. The technicians were very respectful and went through all the details of the type of work and breakout of costs! I have never been disappointed, thank you

Contacted Mr. Electric since I was already doing a project with Mr. Handyman. I wanted to get a quote to replace an old light fixture in my closet. Bill came out and checked out the light, he also did a free safety inspection and went over everything with me. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. When it came to the light, I was quoted $400+ to replace the fixture. The more you do at once with Mr. Electric the more affordable your project will be. Unfortunately, I don't have $400 to replace a single fixture, so I'll keep looking around.
