Nikoli was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Refrigerator repaired and 90 day warranty included. I would use services again.

I would definitely hire Nick with NG Heating & Cooling again for future repairs. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a reasonable time.

Nicoli was great to work with he showed up when he said he was going to show up worked with me on invoices saving me lots of hassles and money trying to do a very difficult diagnosis with my complicating refrigerator system. I would have had to wait several weeks just to get someone else to come out and do an estimate. he showed up that day.

Got a message when repairman was going to be there 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was very friendly, worked out the problem quickly a d was able to fix it on the spot. Excellent job!

Nikolai came over and had fixed my fridge's icemaker with no problem. He had to order the part and when it came in, they were able to schedule me that same day to come and fix the fridge. He was very professional, polite, and respectful and extremely fast in repairs. Pricing is also very reasonable, I highly recommend this company to everyone

NG refrigerator service is exceptional throughout its whole process—from intake and quote to scheduling , and, of course, to repairing and pricing.
The issue I had with my sub-Zero freezer was complex and major. The technician did a complete repair , including ordering all the necessary parts… and literally rebuilt the whole freezer ! Nicolai did an extraordinary job. A polite, methodic, focused individual; he delivered excellent service with an amazing work ethic.
If you have an issue with any appliance, call NG before buying a new one! If it has a solution , NG will solve it!!

My fridge started tripping my breaker on Friday night, and after calling a few appliance repair shops, NG was the only company that could fit me in on a Saturday. Nick came over promptly and spent about an hour troubleshooting the problem. When he couldn’t figure it out, he had to leave for another appointment but promised he’d come back as soon as he was finished. As promised he came back Saturday late afternoon and continued to troubleshoot until he figured out what was wrong. Despite it being early evening on a Saturday, he didn’t leave until my fridge was working. The price I was charged was incredibly reasonable, and I was blown away by Nick’s knowledge, kindness, and customer service. I will only be using NG for my appliance needs moving forward.

Nikolai came out to fix the heating element in our dryer. Not only did he fix the heating element he also cleaned the inside of it too. He gave us a good price and he has a great personality.. Thank you sir, we will call you in the future..

The technician was excellent l thought I needed a heating element for my dryer but Nick the young man from NG looked at our dryer vent and it was clogged with lint, he saved us from buying a new dryer, thank you very much Nick and NG

Refrigerator stopped working and they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. They ordered the part and installed it quickly. Friendly and fast service.

The technician was friendly and professional as well as fast. Was the refrigerator compressor and was suppose to take 2-2 1/2 hrs and only took him about 1 1/2 hrs to complete. Staff on phone were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Compressor went out on my refrigerator - at least that is what I suspected. Nik quickly came over - service call scheduled for 3-5 hours after I called. He was here in 3 1/2 hours, confirmed my suspicion, gave me a cost estimate for repair and then got to work. Two hours later my refrigerator was up and running. We had several things break down in our home all at once, including our dryer. Nikolai came promptly with our last minute request on a holiday weekend and repaired our dryer and it's working like new! I'm SO pleased and very thankful. We will absolutely use him in the future!
