We thought the refrigerator compressor was bad. Nikolai determined there was a pinhole leak in the refrigerant line, causing the refrigerant to leak from from compressor. He repaired the leak, obviating the need for a new compressor. He did a great job, and there is no doubt that NG Refrigeration is on the top of our call list. This is a great company, with a comprehensive website. Came all the way up to Woodland Park!

Nikolai was wonderful! He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, provided me an estimate, and got right to work. When he was finished, my kitchen area where he worked was spotless. This morning my refrigerator’s ice maker was full, and the refrigerator was running perfectly! He was honest, courteous, and highly professional. I will not hesitate to call upon him again should I need appliance repairs.

My fridge had been acting up and finally completely stopped running, so I called these guys and they came within a few hours. Nick replaced the faulty part quickly and was super courteous and kind. Side note: try to pay cash or check if you can, as it'll save you a 3% service charge. I'll be calling, hopefully not too soon, when a different appliance goes on the fritz.

My old, reliable refrigerator was starting to make funny noises, so I decided to have it diagnosed before it failed me. Not knowing who to call, I started my research and found NG Refrigeration Service, read their reviews, and decided to give them a try. Nick arrived at the appointed time, diagnosed it, and replaced the necessary part. Things didn't quite work out the first go-around, so I called the company back and they quickly dispatched Nick back to my fridge and he fixed whatever was ailing it. The customer service that Nick and the company displayed were top notch and the price for the fix was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the end result, and I'm glad to have my old, reliable fridge working properly again. I will absolutely call Nick and NG Refrigeration Service again for any future appliance repair.

Nick is an absolute angel! My oven broke down on me right before the big holiday, Thanksgiving. Luckily I called and he was willing to come out that night to fix it. I am so grateful that he came out and saved my holiday plans. I was able to cook the next day with no issues and got my Thanksgiving dinner as planned. He was so kind, professional, and quick. Great guy, I highly recommend him to anyone. The absolute best repair service in the Springs!

NG refrigeration came to our home ASAP due to our freezer not working. The Technician worked quickly and efficiently, and found the problem! He replaced the bad fan motor and put the freezer back together. Despite the language barrier, he was very personable. We had our freezer back in short order and we were very thankful for the service we received from NG refrigeration.

Nick was the best refrigerator repairman! He came right away and he fixed multiple issues. Very professional and knew exactly how to fix the temperature, condenser, lights and icemaker. Very reasonable pricing! Highly recommend!!!

From scheduling with the dispatch to the tech coming out everything went very smooth. Tech come out diagnosed the issue quickly and offered repair with upfront cost. The part they had on the truck and had the repair completed quickly. Put everything back as was and cleaned up afterwards. Very much appreciated for job well done.

I called to see if they could help me get my refrigerator repaired. They told be they could come at 7pm, I offered to take a earlier spot if there was any cancellations. As I sat there with all the food in my refrigerator going bad. They called and said it would need to be later like 9pm. I said that doesn't work for me can I just buy the part from them and I'll install it myself. I would pick the part up pay them for the part and the service fee if needed. They said it was ok I could buy the part from them and the technician would stop by to drop the part off at 7:30pm. 8 pm I verified if he was still coming. They said "If it's convenient for you, I can be by your side at 7:30 a.m.". NO, its not convenient to have a scheduled appointment and have no one show up. So now 100% I have lost all the contents of my refrigerator and freezer. I had really high hopes as they have good reviews. But they left me stranded and with no other options because it's so late. Thanks a lot for nothing.
