I called because our fridge was making a terrible noise and not cold anymore, they came out quickly and Nikolai replaced our compressor the same day! He was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely use them again for future repairs

Nikolai is the repair tech who worked on our refrigerator for the ice maker. He was friendly and has a good personality. He really did a great job. He is very knowledgeable in his trade. We highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again.

Professional, courteous, timely. Highly recommend. Performed a partially in-warranty repair on an LG refrigerator (compressor under warranty, but not additional parts & labor). Called and received a 2-hour time window later in the day, with an accurate "your tech is on the way" text during the window. Nick performed a quick diagnosis, had the parts available, quoted the price before starting work, and gave an estimated time to complete the repair. He was able to get the work done despite it being later in the day.

I was most impressed with the work and professionalism preformed on my Jennaire refrigerator by the NC technician. After the initial examination, he said it could be fixed--which he did the next day. The rate he quoted was fair , he was polite and punctual. I will use him whenever I need refrigerator or heating help and I will recommend him to my friends. Rosemary Anderson

Everything went well from my 1st call for help to the excellent service visit.
Nick arrived at our house on time and eager to get to work. He fixed lead wire ends and installed a new oven bake element in no time at all. I wish Nick all the best. NG is fortunate to have him.

Our fridge stopped cooling on a Sunday night, so I called first thing on Monday and Natalie was able to get me scheduled that same day, which was amazing -- she stayed in touch via text to let me know when Nikolai was on his way. He was great -- very professional, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part in about an hour. The part arrived sooner than expected and Natalie reached out immediately to get me scheduled that evening for repair -- we were so grateful for how quickly they worked to get our fridge back up running! We will definitely call again if we have other appliance issues!

My refrigerator stopped cooling properly and I’m pretty handy, so I jumped online, watched a bunch of videos and dove right in. After quite a bit of time online and after replacing a part I don’t think I needed too in retrospect, I had to admit I was over my head and not making progress.

So, I humbly called up NG and hoped for the best. Nikolai came out the next day, fixed it quickly, and at a fair price. Thanks for bailing me out! Would definitely recommend.

Nikolai came out the same day we called about our dryer and was extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Since we had just moved into our townhome and are new to using a gas stove, I asked him a question about cleaning it. Not only did he explain everything clearly, but he also took the bottom tray out for me so I could clean it and then put it back in place. He was incredibly kind and helpful, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’ll definitely be our go-to for any future appliance repairs!

Probably through no fault of there own, this location came up under restaurant supply co. So came to buy a replacement part. Google said open but doors were locked. Called and no answer. Left message no call back after several hours. Looking at reviews this location might not be a supply store but a service store only.

Long story short, the technician Rio did a fantastic job. He was very professional and did a great job. Thank you

Don't ever call them for HVAC repair, they have no clue what they are doing.
