While in Traffic(Uinta St.), an Albright Cleaning Truck(Blue Dodge) was following me very close-- I was in the right lane, as my car had bad fuel. The Driver would NOT go around. As I turned Left at Hancock, he stopped and threw a small rock or a marble, at my car, causing a cracked windshield..A friend with a C. B. I. Account found that Kerry(The Owner) had Criminal and Sex Offender Records- KKTV wants to do a Story, including Kerry's stunts, about Road Rage. I am a Linux/Android/Apple/Google and Facebook Developer. The Parkinson's is WORSE then my, previous, cancer - -, I was, kinda, hoping that Kerry(Albright), would take me down fast, so that I would, no longer, suffer from this hideous Disease--, **UPDATE on Road Rage incident --- I wanna give thanks to a few "719 Can't Drive" members that pulled the Info. on Kerry-the Owner of Albright Cleaning-- He has a long wrap-sheet,as well as his son. More to follow....(Autistics seem to get "targeted", and have more drama- - I have interacted with this man in the past. Very few, in the Colorado Springs area, have experience with Aspies---, Autistics work very hard and keep a good Credit rating-- I am doing more "Autism Awareness" stuff because, many(Autistics) in the Colorado Springs area, end their lives.

Kerry recently cleaned the carpets at my office and did a fantastic job. He scheduled an early appointment, was on time and was a pleasure to work with.

Does a great job we have used him at our office and had no problems from the work he has done. He is very awesome to work with and is very reasonable on his pricing. We will continue to use his company in the future.

Once again... I was stood up for an appointment. I was scheduled for 9:00 and called many times and text. Not one return call to let me know why or if we needed to rescheduled. I am shocked about the lack or curiosity and professionalism and have used this company before . Last time I was also inconvenienced and today BLOWN AWAY that the lack of respect to at least pick up the phone and at least communicate. I am beyond disappointed and will share my experience on any review site possible. WHY DID YOU STAND ME UP and NOT CALL OR BE KIND TO COMMUNICATE???? Common curiosity

Kerry has always done a fabulous job for me! As a Realtor, I use them on all of my listings as well as my own home. If Kerry can't get it clean, it can't be cleaned.

I spoke to a man name kari albright he said he was the owner and he gave me a price that was in my budget.well they never showed up i had to call them and kari said the would come out the next day. I needed it done so i said ok,they where late and looked like they where homeless and very rude. I was so scared ! they charged me $130.00 more then what i was told,It was a horrible cleaning. After the where gone i notice they had stoled my wedding set and four other rings.I will never use kari again.

Kerri arrived on time and was very thorough. He was also very polite and respectful. My carpeting looks and smells great. Excellent price and service!

Kerry and his daughter came to clean my townhouse rental before I moved out. They were great! I will def call for future carpet cleaning needs.

This man is a con artist!!!!! We were recommended to use him to clean our rent house prior to lease end. We left a check for him on the rent house counter. We waited weeks for our deposit return and the only thing marked negative on the return was this man charged $140 more than quoted. He never called us, the payers, and just went through with the bogus charges. He claims there was urine in the carpet. We were there for 6 months and there is NO way urine would be on our carpet. My husband got in contact to with this man, asked for proof, and he hung up on my husband!!!!! He is a liar and a con artist. Do not trust him. Wow what scum.

My carpet looks and smells amazing . I will only use them in the future and would say you would be crazy to not to have them do your carpet the price is right and they are very professional and did my carpet in a timely manner and they look and smell amazing . If you need your carpet done have Al Bright they are the Best .

We had multiple pet stains throughout a rental and after we moved out they made the carpet look brand new! I was afraid I was going to lose my deposit but they did an amazing job, totally recommend.

Kerri comes across as nice and friendly, but beware!!! He's NASTY and ruthless!!! He quoted me a price for two homes plus air duct cleaning over the phone. When he and his son (with a gun on his hip) showed up -- they said we had two furnaces. So we opted for just the carpets to be cleaned. When it came time to do the other house (the rental we needed cleaned prior to lease end), he called that morning with "truck issues". Needless to say, I kept calling and texting asking when he was going to do the work. He had no backup team! And didn't return my calls. Only five days later did I get a text from him saying he tracked down our landlord and finished it. Well when he told me how much we owed, it was 50% more than what he originally promised. When I refused to pay the additional charge, he called our landlord again and then left me threatening voicemails and texts. I had to block him from my cell phone as the harassment continued for hours. When he sent the landlord the invoice, he provided them with a quote that he never showed me. They were ignorant and paid him. Needless to say, this guy is a crook and verbally and digitally abusive.

Kerry and Jared did a beautiful job on all our carpets. They did 3 bedrooms, hallay, stairs and living room for us. Turned out great. They dried the carpets as they went and were very careful and respectful of our house. Thanks guys!

Worst customer service and quality!! I've used them in the past to clean carpets. That's why they were my first choice to go with for my pet problem. We had called to ask if he was able to take care of pet odors and get the smells out of the carpets. Kerry told me yes and gave a reasonable price. I had him come over to do the carpets and within 2 days, I noticed the smell still there. I called to have him come back over to go through it again. I work nights, so I only have a little time from when I come home to get the things done that I want before I need to go to bed. He was supposed to come over Monday, July 3rd at 9am. I waited around until 1030 until I asked where he was. He had forgotten. He would do it the next day at 10. I waited until 11 or so until I decided to ask once again where they were at. The answer folks......fishing! I'm not one to bash a company, but when you spend over $300 to have a job done because they say they'll get the smell out and then try to charge you more money after the 3rd time they're supposed to show up is absolute B.S. They only take cash, so for these situations, you cannot report it to your credit card company and stop payments. I guess you get what you pay for. Now I will have to spend some extra money having the job done right by a company that follows up with a guarantee on their work. Poor customer service. I was patient and tried to allow for this to be rectified, but now since they couldn't do the job right the first time, it becomes my fault because they weren't the ones that put urine in the carpet. I can't recall blaming someone other than my dog for the urine, but when you can say you are able to do something and can't follow through, there's a problem. Pathetic. I hope this gets passed on and this place goes out of business. Please, don't just take my word for it.......observe screenshots of our texts. If you decide to go with them for their price, you should probably think again.

I've had Albright out to clean my carpets many times over several years, and I'm always happy with the results and the cost. I definitely recommend them.

This was my first time calling someone to come clean my carpets and tile and I called around to many different places but the price was just outrageous, until I called Albright Carpet they were the lowest price i could find , and I must say that they did an amazing job with both! They were very professional and polite and walked me through everything that they were doing and what chemicals were used for what. They also informed me that they do Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning and we planned to do that another time, when it came time to do my air ducts they showed me what my ducts looked like on the inside before cleaning and then showed me after and i was amazed at what an awesome job they did, then they threw in my dryer vent for free! I would most definitely recommend them , They did such a great job!!

Love the way my carpets look after Albright cleans them. Always professional and on time. And as much as I would love a new sofa...the upholstery cleaning service negates that. Sofa looks great now. This past time they also cleaned air and dryer vents. What a difference. Cost is reasonable and from what I have seen, competitive. Recommend this local company

Kerry and his son did an AMAZING job on my carpets! The carpet in the entire house (living room, dining room, mega basement, 5 bedrooms and stairs) looks brand new despite it being old when we moved in 4 years ago. He got out tough stains and it smells so much better! He even taught me a little bit about how to use my carpet cleaner better. 5 stars all the way! I will definitely be calling him again in the future!

We recently had Albright clean all the carpets in our 2 story home. What a great result! The carpets looked great, especially the stairs, and the whole feel of the house was fresher and cleaner. We were very pleased with his work and his prices. He was also a good communicator. Thank you Albright!

This company was hired to clean our carpets from pet urine that was left from the previous owners all over our house. I believe that they did their best to get it out. Unfortunately, the odor of pet urine was still very strong after their cleaning and the carpet was left hard with an audible crunch in many places. When I contacted this company they assured me over the phone that I was in good hands and they would help me until the job was done correctly. After this phone call I tried to call and text the owner many times. He left my messages on read and refused to answer my calls to make this cleaning right. I wish I would have read the other reviews of how dishonest of a person he is.
