I got a last minute "reminder" from my property management company two days before my exit date that I was required to have the carpets professionally cleaned. I messaged ASAP in the late evening and was scheduled the next day. He even came after hours to accommodate my work schedule. The job he did was FANTASTIC!!! I had a couple of nasty stains he was able to clean. He took extra time to get it done right! I highly recommend ASAP for your carpet cleaning needs.

Our carpet was in dire need of cleaning for both being dirty and dog smell. I actually did not think cleaning would not help much but was I wrong. Jonathan went to work on the carpet and it looked and smelled
awesome when he finished. To say I was pleased is a understatement. My search for a carpet cleaning company has come to a end - ASAP has

I have used this company twice already. The first time was before the holidays and now again for spring cleaning. Excellent customer service on the phone and also in person with the technician. They called ahead of time to remind me about the appointment and then when the technician finished his other job sooner he called to offer to come earlier. Other carpet cleaning companies I had calledmwanted to give me a price after they got to my house. ASAP quoted a very reasonable price over the phone and the technician did not try to upsell me once he got here. He did offer me an optional pet odor stain remover which I added. A couple days later when I noticed there was still a bit of a urine smell I contacted them and the technician came out in about an hour to resolve the problem. The carpet also dried very quickly within a few hours. in the past I've had two different carpet cleaners come out that left my carpet so wet it took days to dry.

Had our office carpet cleaned and ASAP did an amazing job and were very efficient time wise. They were friendly and so easy to work with. Also had amazing rates for cleaning. Will definitely use them again

Jonathan was awesome! I've hired him twice now. First time was an Emergency - my dog had really bad watery dirrehea that I couldn't pick up on my own. It was on a Saturday Night too. Jonathan came that night - ASAP is the perfect title for his company lol. Cleaned up the mess really well. I had him come by a few months later before a friendsgiving - made my whole place look brand new!

Used ASAP and Jonathan to clean the carpet on my rental property. Very thorough job and very good value. Carpets were difficult to clean. Jonathan made 3 trips back to make sure job was done completely. I highly recommend ASAP for carpet cleaning services.

I have a tip on an excellent and reasonable carpet cleaning guy. Made one phone call and had his name and cell number, called him and he did my car for $80 and I mean it’s clean like when I first bought it. I went to waterworks car wash and they wanted $95 and that’s just the cleaning the upholstery and a 4 1/2 hour wait. This is my only day off from both jobs and your open but no staff to do the work. It wS a nightmare. So glad I called ASAP carpet cleaning. Call Jonathan at ASAP Carpet cleaning! Very nice man, he spent an hour plus just on my Ford Escape. I was shocked when he showed me! It made me feel proud to drive my rig instead of embarrassed by the stains on the seats and floor. Man, clean your areas, house, car, room, etc. it feels amazing truly. Thank you Jonathan. Best job I’ve seen! Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Jonathan came early and was done in about an hour and half. He got so many stains up and out carpet looks great again. This was the second time we used them and we will continue to use them when we need cleaning done. I highly recommend them.

ASAP Carpet Cleaning has been the company of my choice for the last 3 years. Savannah is so good about calling to remind me that it is time to have the carpets done and is great about discussing their current specials. Jonathan is always on time or even early for my scheduled appointment. His work is great and the carpets look amazing. I have 2 teenagers and 2 dogs...how he gets it clean is a mystery to me, but I do appreciate it!

We are very happy with ASAP! The woman who quoted me over the phone was super nice and helpful! She was even able to squeeze me in the next day, living up to their name! Jonathan showed up on time and was very professional and thorough! Our carpets look amazing and he was even able to get out a stubborn milk stain from one of our barstools. They were fairly priced and did quality work. I highly recommend ASAP!

Great cleaner with great prices. Easy to schedule with Savannah and Jonathan was great with communication before and during the day of the appointment. Would be a full five stars but had a small stain that looked to be taken care of when Jon left but when the carpet dried it was still a bit noticeable. I didn't mention it beforehand though so there may have been a more in-depth cleaning process to remove it so that wont take away from the service. Would highly recommend ASAP Carpet Cleaning!

My experience with Jonathan has been excellent every time. He is on-time or early. He went out of his way to clean our carpets outside of regualar work hours to accommodate our schedule. And he traveled beyond he regular service area. Oh, and our carpet looked and smelled GREAT! I love everything about ASAP Carpet cleaning.

Jonathan did a great job. My carpets look, feel, and smell great. He made sure o really work on the pet stains we had and I cant even tell there were any stains and finished in great time. Great pricing as well. We plan to definitely use them again when our apartment lease is up.

Contacted Savannah because we won't do business with Dry Steam anymore and the person we were hoping to get to clean our carpets retired and moved to TX. The company that took over his business said we were looking at $270 for a 1600 sq ft house. ASAP said it would be more like half of that, so we booked two appointments for our rental and our personal home. We moved all of the furniture as best as possible off the carpet and Jonathan did both houses. He was running behind for the rental appt, but stayed in contact until he got there. Communication is key in running any business. The carpet in the rental was pretty gnarly, but he got it clean. The carpet in our house was pretty clean, but there were some major grease and oil stains near the entry to the garage that Jonathan was able to remove. Dry Steam couldn't even do that. He also did a very good job with the high-traffic areas. We won't hesitate to call them again next year for the two houses and recommend ASAP to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned by a locally-owned, friendly, communicative business that does quality work. Kudos to Jonathan and Savannah for running a business correctly.

Great carpet cleaning experience with Jonathan & ASAP Carpet Cleaning! I was able to get an appointment the next day & Jonathan showed up exactly on time and ready to go. I got the anti-pet sanitation (which was definitely worth it) and he was done in less than one hour. Even though the carpet was inexpensive & older, he was able to remove a LOT of dirt and it looks great! Thanks for a really nice job!
