I am a real estate investor in the Cragmor neighborhood. Carpet cleaning is an important part of owning & maintaining rental homes. I decided this year to give Advanced Window Cleaning & Carpet Care a shot so that I could compare their company to the carpet cleaning company we had been using the last 4 years. Josh cleaned the carpet on two of our rental homes yesterday and I have nothing but positive things to say. Josh takes personal pride in the work he does and it really shows in the end results. Based on this very positive initial experience I will definitely be using Advanced and Josh for all of our rental home carpet cleaning business going forward. Thanks to all involved at Advanced!

Szymon and crew arrived exactly On Time. They cleaned all our windows, inside and out, including our three open Eave Windows, which were just Beautifully Done!

Nate and Brian did an exceptional job cleaning our windows (interior and exterior) and gutters today! Was hard to tell if the glass was in them because they were so clear! Perfectly professional and friendly! 10/10 experience! Would hire them again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to others. I have used Advanced Window cleaning for a number of years for the windows in my home. Their people and service are second to none. Just this week I hired them to clean all the carpeting in the house, downstairs in the basement walkout. They took a lot of time, put in a lot of effort, and did a tremendous job. You get a clear sense that the employees are happy and respected and in turn deliver outstanding performance. Everyone from the top down has, in my experience, been pleasant, polite, respectful, hardworking, and contentious. Kudos all around!

Advanced window cleaning was absolutely the best ever. I ask them if they would clean the inside windows upstairs only and then all of the out side windows upstairs and outside. They also cleaned the screens. They are very easy to work with and will do whatever you want them to. I highly recommend them and I am going to have them annually to do my windows.

We used Advanced Window Cleaning & Carpet for both a window cleaning and carpet cleaning. The windows encompassed 3 stories. The men in all cases were extremely polite, letting us know everything they saw along the way. Our windows look great. The carpet cleaning was wonderful as well, not perfumy smelling like some places. Carpets look like new. I will definitely use them again for future needs and am happy to recommend their services!
