Excellent customer service, Savannah was super friendly during my Quote and scheduling my appointment. Jonathan(The Owner) arrived right on time and was super quick! I had lived in a 3 bedroom 2 bath, upstairs downstairs with a little Chihuahua for two years. I had gone back later to check the results and I realized I hadn't quite specified that I needed a enzyme cleaning and deodorizing for my "Pet messes". I called them back and jonathan came right back out! He did that super quick for a reasonable price! I am more than happy with their customer service and excellent prices. Super friendly! Amazing job. The Carpet looks brand new! Will definitely use them again!

We used to use Premier Carpet cleaning but quickly switched to ASAP because the quality of cleaning was the same but was significantly cheaper. I love that ASAP isn't a huge company with tons of overheads (which is what you pay for in other big carpet cleaning). They did a great job, charged us less money and even offered to help move things (another thing big companies won't do). We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Jonathan and Breanna were incredible! My schedule is pretty hectic and Breanna was able to get everything scheduled around it. Jonathan arrived on time and talked me through everything. John was very nice, friendly, prompt, and punctual. He came in with professional equipment, walked the entire house with me, asked a lot of questions, and then got to work. He wasted no time. He called me when he was done. He walked the home with me afterwards, gave me shoe covers, and it smelled like peaches! Was beautiful. He did a great job.

A few days later when everything was dry, I rewalked the home, found 2 spots with a red stain and a blue stain. I reached back out to him. He came back and solved thise 2 problems at absolutely no cost! Such a great experience! I definitely will recommend him every time!

This is the first time I used Advanced Window Cleaning. The crew was very professional and polite. They cleaned all sliding glass doors and windows, inside and outside. Several of the windows and sliding glass doors had paint overspray and tape residue on them from when my house was painted a couple months earlier. Every last bit of paint and tape residue has been removed and the windows and doors are like new again. I intend to use Advanced Window Cleaning from now on.

The owner is super conscientious and has a high level of integrity. He charges a fair price and is honest throughout the entire process. His staff did a great job cleaning the windows of our personal house and a rental property. I love that they clean the screens as I really don't like doing that myself.
