To heck with what they could or couldn't clean, they (coit of c/s) failed to schedule the cleaning in the first place!

Builder didnt clean the tile floor properly, called COIT. They came out twice to make sure the job was done right.

Coit cleaned and sealed my granit counter tops,after the tech left I spent two hours cleaning my kitchen,white spots every where.i will not use them again

DO NOT USE THIS ROTTEN COMPANY!

Called to request a dryer vent cleaning - what a mistake! An ugly sounding girl with a screeching voice literally read down a list of services to keep selling me. No brain at all, simply robotic. And conveniently, this was after having me repeat my address twice. Apparently the neighborhood was an indication that translated to her as $$. I had to request a manager to my "appointment" this uneducated girl set up for any service possible.

Soooo expensive. Charge $150 just to clean AC coils after charging $633 to clean duct work for 815 sq ft house.

First they advertise 30% off of their services then when they get here they tell me that is if you spend $400 or more and the service is only costing $380, I still actually had them come out the technician was very friendly but he had to come back The second time to clean the vents as he did not do that, I also asked the camera so I could see the inside of my HVAC system they assured me that the technician will be out there with his camera. The technician said he only uses his phone camera, I could use my phone camera for reaching that , I actually had a lot of dust flying in the air after words coming from my vents when he came back the second time he did see that and he did tell me that he will come back to do the job over again if he has to to make me satisfied it’s not about making me satisfied about doing the job right the first time I will never use their services again, And when I asked the technician for a receipt he said that the estimate is the receipt, I paid $380 in cash no I had to ask him for a receipt, and I had to ask him again to put down that I paid $380 cash I don’t understand this company in the way they work but I will not work with them again and if you do be aware, In my opinion I did not have a good experience with this company

Technician was right on time, worked efficiently, and coped with limitations on accessing water without complaint. Very courteous.

I recommend you hire this company to clean your upholstered furniture. They got my 21-year-old upholstered furniture (that had never been cleaned) looking great - got some stains out that I assumed were indelible.

We had three cream-colored chairs and an ottoman cleaned. They had years-worth of soil on them. Donavan did a wonderful job! We are very pleased with this service, and will use them again.

The representative was very polite and efficient. He did an excellent job on my light colored recliner that was suppose to match my loveseat and most certainly does now.
