From the office staff who sends updates and emails to Mike Masters-Certified Arborist to 'my' technician/specialist, I couldn't' be more pleased with or confident in the service I've received from SavATree. It's not just a job to Robert- he truly cares about my trees and is willing to walk my property to inspect potential issues I spy. I have a number of evergreens and deciduous trees, and am happy to know they are well fed and protected.

I had a wonderful experience with SavATree, from my estimate to the day of service. Everyone was friendly, patient, answered many questions, asked questions to clarify my needs and preferences. The crew arrived on time and ready to go. They were so friendly and their customer service was phenomenal. They finished my service early, cleaned everything up and the results were better than I envisioned.

Got an appointment within the week of calling. The Aborist came out, for free, evaluated the trees in question and provided several options. I chose the one best for my budget and they came out and treated my aspens! They were just great. I will use them again if needed.

This was literally the worst experience I've had with any company ever. After three months, they only completed half the job and are now claiming they fulfilled their part of the invoice, despite not finishing the work. To make matters worse, they're refusing to do any more work or provide a refund. The entire project has been a headache from the start.

*EDIT* after talking to Kelly the GM they agreed to finished the job. I appreciate them fallowing through with their word.

SavaTree was excellent. The guys that came and cut the tree down were fun to watch. They were very professional and planned every cut perfectly. Bob is also great to work with very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them all very highly!

I have a huge cottonwood tree in my backyard that needed major trimming. The people from SavATree were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I had a question about what they were doing they were very accommodating. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

We are new to SavATree this year and are very pleased with their customer care.. We had an Elm Beetle infestation early this spring that was taken care of quickly and efficiently. No more yellow dying leaves on the old tree. A special thank you to Susan for her generous help...

SavATree did a fantastic job for me. The arborist Mike Masters was extremely professional and knowledgeable and advised me on fire mitigation for my property. The men that came to perform the mitigation were polite and efficient. The office staff was always helpful and accommodating. I will definitely use SavATree again.

Julius and Atticus came out to my house this morning - in two big trucks - and instead of just trimming away - they talked me through the program scheduled and I decided to take a different route - still with SavATree. These guys are special employees!!! Remarkably knowledgeable. Treating me as NOT just as someone to charge for work - but, guiding to not waste money. I have never had anyone scheduled to provide me a service - then "on the spot when here" guide me to save money and pursue a better plan! These guys are 5 stars PLUS!!!

The arborist, Jim, came promptly for my tree evaluation. His recommendations were practical and made sense. I had to wait awhile for my turn to have my trees trimmed but this was explained ahead of time. The two employees who came worked quickly and professionally trimmed and shaped my trees, some of which are very old and huge. They had a very detailed work order that covered everything that Jim and I had agreed upon. The cleanup left my yard cleaner than it was before they came. Both were personable and very willing to answer questions.

The arborist, office staff and on-site crews were great! They were professional, friendly and very careful with our existing yard. The crews cleaned up all of the debris and ensured that we were happy with how things looked before they left. Would definitely recommend!

Came exactly when they said. I asked for an extra large bush removal the day of and they accommodated me. Left the property super clean and were friendly and professional. I’ve recommended them already to my neighbor.

While not the most inexpensive, i believe the quality of Saveatree’s service is well worth it. I contracted with them to remove one diseased tree and several branched. When they arrived they asked if i was okay with then cutting back all branches overhanging my roof … no extra charge. They were prompt, professional and skilled. I have used them before and i will use them again.

I have been using Save A Tree for years! The office staff is friendly and informative. The people that come to spray are professional. They give me advice on my trees and then explain what they’re going to be doing and are very careful with the trees, bushes, and other things such as Solar lights that we have around our property. I recommend save a tree most highly!

SavATree treated my Swamp White Oak tree with an ArborKelp treatment, which I also had done last year. It has made a world of difference for our tree. The technicians were very personable and pleasant and answered all my questions very nicely. They did a great a job!

I had this large Siberian elm in back of my house that had grown up and over my roof. The SavATree folks came and gave me a reasonable estimate. The tree was on a steep hillside and close to my house and the neighbors, and I knew it would be a difficult job. The crew came out, and took the tree down and ground up the branches into mulch and removed the logs from the trunk. The crew was very professional and efficient, it took them a lot less time than I thought it would take. They cleaned up afterwords and made sure I was happy with their work. I highly recommend SavATree!
