I have light-colored carpeting where a traffic pattern formed, along with a few spot stains, and Neil paid extra attention treating and cleaning those areas. He moved couches and chairs to clean under them; returning them in place. I am very pleased with the entire results. All the carpeting looks renewed with an added bonus of a fresh scent! I highly recommend Super Steam with their quality cleaning and reasonable pricing!

Joe was prompt and very pleasant. Looks absolutely amazing what he did with a rather old dirty carpet. We've been customers for several years and say we wouldn't use anyone else.

Joseph came out to do the estimate and then came to clean the carpets. He made them look so much better. The request was to stretch two rooms and then clean the carpet in the house. The price was very reasonable and he was very professional.

Joseph arrived on time. Did an amazing job cleaning our carpet whick was way overdue. Had a few really soiled places we were worried about. He was able to get everything looking like new. As usual, Super Steam did a fantastic job on my carpet! David arrived on time and was efficient and hard working. I have been using Super Steam since the 1990’s and I have never had anything but a perfect experience. Nancy has always done the scheduling and she is wonderful also. I had to change my appointment a couple times for this cleaning due to delays in the tenants moving out. She was happy to reschedule me both times i called. I will always use Super Steam exclusively.

Bill Witzke removed spots and deep problem stains that two other carpet cleaners failed to remove over three years. Since I rent to health care professionals on rotation at the local hospitals, it’s important that my home looks tip top. He did a beautiful job..upstairs and downstairs. I was totally, pleasantly surprised at how it looked.

I have used super steam for over 20 years and they always provided great service. I was pretty sure they could not do better. Luis was a cut above and did an excellent carpet cleaning and went above and beyond. My carpets are ove 20 Years old and still look great.

I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in on Tuesday for a reasonable price. They arrived at my house and found out the hose spigot was shut off. When they were able to get a hold of me they gave me time to get the spigot set up and returned to my house promptly to clean my carpet. You can see pictures of how bad the spots were on my carpet and they got them cleaned up. Very happy with the service from this company!

Super Steam did a great job! David was detail oriented, punctual and professional. Had our carpeting, air ducts and dryer vent cleaning all done in one visit. Will definitely use them next time we need the work done and will recommend Super Steam to others.
