If you can find better quality and better service at a better price ( Then I recommend you hire them ) If not....? I highly recommend you give Dry Steam a try, personally... I have not met anyone who out certify's them and I highly recommend you to give them the opportunity. To provide you with the quality service that you deserve.

I used this business one time my first and last . Its a black own business and they have one worker and the work they done a bad job my carpet stayed wet a whole week . I had to call someone else . I went to the bbb . People ease dont do business with this place . The owner is a 2 or time felon . they stole a 3000 dollar rug from . This is a bad business

Shady business practices... Quoted $160 for 1000 square feet because we were referred by a friend of the business. When the tech arrived he stated there was way more than 1000 square feet. The townhouse is 1050 square feet as documented by bill of sale records and over 100 square feet is tiled. They bumped up the price by $70 and refused to start until we ageed to the price adjustment. They were late to the appointment. When they left they had bumped the heat from 65 to 75, maybe to help with drying but it was neither asked or explained.

I just purchased a new house. The carpets were cleaned by another carpet cleaning company Prior to us closing on the house. They still looked dirty and left a smell of dirty water. I called out Dry steam because I have used them in the past and they did good work. To see if there was any hope for the carpet. They cleaned it and put Deodorizer down. The smell is gone and the carpets look Awesome. Dry steam is the way to go.

This was our first and last time using Dry Steam. They come in the first time and left our living room and master bed room completely soaked. We left the windows open for hours and they still were soaked so and we ended up with a nasty smell through out our whole house. I called and they came back out to redo the service and remove the sent. When they were done and the carpet finally dried out we ended up with more stains that looked like they didn't suck up the dirt. We even have new stains that look like the hose they remove the water with leaked all over returning the dirt. When I talked to them about the issue they stated it's not their fault and any further service would be charged. Well I wish I got the full service the first. time. Dont go with these guys because once they have your money the results dont matter.

Once Again Dry Steam Exceeded my Expectations. This was my Second time using there Business. I requested to have my living room rug cleaned. The technician Neil picked it up for Free to bring it in for cleaning. My Rug came back to what looked like Brand New!!! Dry Steam will continue to get my Business.

I had dry steam do my carpets ( living room, hallway, family room and steps.) He didn't have to move any furniture. I had them two years ago and had forgot I wasn't pleased with their work then. Same person, same sloppy work, while the carpet was wet; it looked fine, when dry, not so good. I'll find another company to give $130 to for an hours work! It took the carpets 3 days to dry.

Of carpet done . I was happy with the cleaning done. Pet odor gone, stain.the tec Neal was super knowledgeable, about what products he was using and what would work for the pet odor.etc

I'm a small carpet and Tile cleaning biz. I needed a new carpet pre spotter and Mike showed me their best. And it was! I went to my appointment the next day, used it and it worked exceptionally well! So well that I've set up a quarterly cleaning schedule with them! Good on you!

Dry Steam just came and cleaned our air ducts and did a great job. They were affordable compared to other quotes we got and Neil was very friendly and hard working. I mean "get on your hands and knees:" hard working. (you can tell he was trying to do the best he could) We will request him next time to do our carpets. He was very friendly with my crazy kids too. Hardworking service with a smile. Doesn't get any better than that!

I have a carpet cleaning machine that keeps my company in business. I have tried several other so called mechanics that have been expensive and also failures to fixing my truck mount machine. I finally found out that DrySteam did repairs to truck mounts and decided to give them a chance. I had nothing to lose and brought it in. This was the best decision I could have made. These guys completely fixed my truck mount and more. The repairs are absolutely amazing and it was sooo easy to work with Mike and Jess.

I have also bought some cleaning equipment from them in the past. They are super friendly and really know their stuff. Im a huge fan of their work and I feel like I have real friends in this business. If you are tired of bad work to your truck mounts or equipment, I cannot say it enough..... Take it to Dry Steam to have it done right, the first time. Many thanks to everyone at Dry Steam. You have a customer and friend for life.

I contacted Dry Steam to assist with flooding in my Mother's basement. After they arrived, they assessed the damages and agreed to find the source, extract the water and treat for potential mold. I paid them in full for the work we agreed upon. I had then left my Mother's house for approximately an hour, upon returning, Dry Steam workers had already left, I went down into the basement only to find a saturated floor and water flowing out of the electrical outlet. It appeared that no work was done during my absence. I immediately called Dry Steam and asked them to return and do the work we agreed upon, they stated that they could not come back although they advertise as a 24 hour flood, sewer & water extraction service. Because I had to take care of the flooding that night and they wouldn't return, I stopped payment on the check. In good faith, I contacted the Dry Steam office the next morning to advise of the issue, asking to speak to the Manager, I was informed that he was unavailable, but my message and information would be passed along. I shared the events from the night before and also offered to pay for the service call but stated that I didn't feel that paying the full amount was fair because the work wasn't completed. I never received a call back; however, my elderly Mother and I did receive a summons to appear in Small Claims Court a few weeks later. In my opinion, Dry Steam did an unacceptable job in servicing my Mother's flooded basement and I would not recommend the company.

Wow! What an amazing job Dry Steam accomplished. 4 kids and the carpets haven't been professionally cleaned in 3 yrs. They look brand new!! Neil provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. He was even able to get out red juice stains! I highly recommend this company and Neil to take care of your carpets.

I have been using Dry Steam for three years and recommend them to all my friends and family. I have no complaints with the service!! I ALWAYS have Dry Steam clean my carpets about every six months and they always look amazing!! This last time I had them clean my airduct system as well, I am amazed (once again!!) with the service!! Considering that it is fall and I am usually on some type of allergy medication I am breathing clearly and I take my hat of to your company!! I will continue to recommend you to any person that I think can take advantage of your great prices and awesome services!! Again thank you in aiding me to such a clean home!! You are truly the best!! If you have not experienced Dry Steam I will be theh first to say it's time you do!!

We had Niel come out and he listened to our wants and explained the whole process. He had me check everything before he left and he even addressed my concerns before he left. So far we are happy with the carpets and are just waiting for them to dry.

I found a Dry Steam from advertisement/coupon sent to me in the mail and decided to give them a shot. The Technician showed up on time and seemed professional and courteous. But by the time he left my house my carpets were soaked and my house smelled like chemicals/shampoo for a good 48 hours and took a at least 2 days to dry. Even as I write this my carpets still smell like shampoo and are damp. Also there were some spots in the carpet that I felt were not tough stains and were still there after the cleaning. At first I thought it was the wet carpet but could tell that there were large patches that looked like they were not cleaned thoroughly. So I called them and lodged a complaint and let them know I was not happy with my cleaning any my carpets were still wet. The customer service rep assured me that they would take care of it and she would get with their quality control and get back to me. The rest of the day passes and I call them at the end of the day to check because I had not heard anything, and all of a sudden start getting push back from the Customer Service rep that I did not upgrade to certain types of treatments and my house may have special needs that a standard cleaning wont handle. I said ok I can understand that but it still does not take care of the wet carpets I have and the strong shampoo/chemical smell in my house. The Customer Service rep then assured me their Quality Control rep would be at my house the next day to take a look at 9:00am. Well that person never showed up and I was furious that they did not follow through with their word as promised without a single phone call. I wound not recommend Dry Steam and will never be using them again.

Just had this company come out and clean my carpet and air ducks. They did a great job. They were on time and I would us them again. The gave me a great deal on both services and through in cleaning my dryer vent. Thanks Dry steam for the great servic. Look forward to working with this company in the future for my cleaning needs.

I have been using Dry-steam for years. There technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I have about my carpet care. They keep my carpet looking new. The call the next day to check on the service. And they give you a cute little magnet. I would highly recommend them.

Wow what a great company, called they answered quickly and was able to quote me a price over the phone! I was able to get my carpets cleaned by Neil what a great tech, also had my mattress cleaned and my air vents they left my house smelling fresh and clean! Would recommend this company to anyone. Also, they gave me a great discount! Can’t wait to use them again soon.
