We have used this company for years for our home and I have always been satisfied with their work. We just had them in for a final cleaning of our home before we move away and won't be able to use them anymore and I wish we could move them with us. Their staff are professional, friendly, and very responsive in communication. We have never had an issue with them cleaning our carpets and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a quality carpet/rug cleaning service.

Dry steam installed carpet in our house Aug. 1. Highly recommended. The technician arrived early. Was professional and courteous. Fantastic results at a reasonable price. Would use this company again without hesitation.

The service initially started off well with the technician placing corner protectors so they could drag their hoses through the house where needed. It kind of went south when about halfway through technician got a phone call I guess and wound up on the phone for the rest of the time.
I believe that's when most of the damage happened to my house however he didn't properly cut the paint around cold air return vents and wound up pulling the paint off the walls next to the vents. I had the house painted when I moved in which was just a couple months ago.

Additionally when he was running the cleaning brush up the vents in the basement well just look at the pictures you'll see what he did now I have to have them repaired.

Very poor cleanup afterwards I mention it to him and he said okay I told him what wasn't okay with me and he just walked off.
