They wee responsive! Reasonably priced- so much so that I gave a large tip. Most importantly, they got the stains out! I will refer to them often.

We had some high traffic areas in our home I was getting pretty worried about. The employee who came out was really kind and caring. He did a really great job with the rooms and stairs. Super Steam Professional Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. The carpets are a lighter color & they had not been cleaned for several years.

The technician pretreated the higher traffic areas & then cleaned all of the carpet. It looked fantastic after it dried. I was very impressed with the results.

The technician was very courteous & friendly. He was very diligent to make sure everything was done correctly. The price was also very reasonable & fair.

For $255.00 to clean 2 area rugs, 4 dining room chairs, and 1 living room chair, I am disappointed. All of the chairs were still badly stained.

I needed the carpets clean before anyone moves in, and they did a fantastic job! Neil was very helpful and just all around awesome!! I would definitely recommend this place as I knew the carpets wouldn’t turn out like new but I just needed them sanitized and cleaned. Louis, the technician for Super Steam, Inc carpet clean came in, inspected areas that we wanted cleaned, assessed the overall footage for requisite area and gave us a price for the job. The stairs cost a little extra. There were no hidden fees. We were given an open and fair price. Louis did a superb job. He pretreated heavily soiled areas, and at the end worked to get excess water off the floor, speeding up drying time. We appreciate the fine work.

Joseph, my technician was professional, completely thorough, and friendly. He knew exactly how to measure the square footage, applied my coupon, and thanked me. The carpets that were cleaned today are in a rental and apparently hadn't been cleaned since the tenants moved in. I think we will change our lease to require annual cleaning by Super Steam.

My parents have used them for years. They are very reasonably priced. Everyone who has come to provide the service has always been really nice; shout out to James and Luis! They go above and beyond to give great service. They'll always work hard to get out a stain.
And if you notice a problem after they're done, all you have to do is call them. Great customer service. Always on time and they'll call you with their time of arrival. Their scheduling is quick too.
I ordered carpet and stain cleaning including the stairs, plus I had them clean out the dryer vent. I recommend that you check out all the services they offer before you order. Very pleased with this service! (Sorry, I don't have photos.)
The only thing they can't get out is blood. They're Super Steam, so hot steam and blood do not go together!
