What a great company to work with when your life is upside down and you have no idea how to get your house back to its original condition. We had a huge flooding issue and CC came immediately and started the mitigation process. They led us through the process of removing our entire basement contents, remediating all the water issues, and finally returning all contents to the basement. Andrew, Keelie, Brandon and the entire crew were a joy to work with and have in our home. We would highly recommend CC for any disaster mitigation that you might need. Great company, even greater employees.

Eileen and her entire team consistently go above and beyond to turn an unfortunate situation into a wonderful experience. They are punctual, thoughtful, extremely professional, and have a fast turnaround time. C&C restoration is a outstanding restoration company. I have had a flood and a sewer back up for my buildings and both times it happened were after hours. Within minutes they responded with an arsenal of people and machinery to help mitigate the clean up and demo. For Colorado they are the only commercial company that I will be using from now on and I encourage everyone to give them a go you won't be disappointed. The care they took to remove the water that flooded both the main level and the walk-out basement was amazing! They were at our home within 1 hour of the call. The flooding of our new home happened at a very difficult time … 1 day before my mother’s passing. They cared for both our home … and me. So compassionate!! The repairs were exceptional. The pack out/pack back of our belongings was done exceptionally quickly and with great care. And the warehouse used for storage was amazing … and closely located to our home. They listened to my concerns and even concentrated resources to expedite completion of water mitigation before I had to leave town for several days. They also made my insurance claim easy by working directly with my insurance company. They have experience with all major insurers. Throughout the process, they checked in regularly and were genuinely concerned about making sure work was done with as much accommodation as possible. After a lightening strike started a fire in my art studio out building, CC Restoration was extremely swift in their response and fire mitigation process. Kevin was professional, courteous, communicative, and effective in leading the clean up and doing great work to begin the restoration process. As soon as they were contacted, workers were at my location within an hour to beginning to make things happen, including specialty tests and workers needed for strange Colorado laws about asbestos. Jordan was also very professional and helpful in the clean up process. Keelie was also very helpful in accessing the damaged items from inside the space. In times of crisis, you need a community of professionals to come around you and help guide you out of a mess you'd really rather not have to deal with.
