As a property manager, we have had nothing but wonderful interactions with all employees at ServPro in Colorado Springs. Each employee is professional, kind and knowledgeable at all times. We will highly recommend ServPro to anyone with restoraation or clean up needs.

It would be nice if their team showed up when scheduled. I've had no-show, no-calls. I've also had early morning appoiments arrive 7-8 hours late without communication. It's unacceptable.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job. They got out spots in the carpet I never thought would come out. The came on time, they did an efficient but well done job and so polite. I would recommend them to anyone!

My rental property was flooded by a water line that broke on the upstairs floor while the tenants were gone on vacation. Needless to say, not only was the upstairs flooded, but the water also flooded the downstairs. I was desperate for help cleaning up the mess and contacted Servpro. They sent a crew out that very same morning and began work on drying out and removing all ruined drywall, cabinets, etc. The crew was so courteous and polite. They were extremely neat and clean. They worked hard and quickly to help my house dry out before any damage by mold could start. I hope that I never need a water mitigation company again...but if I do...I will be calling Servpro.

Disappointing Experience with ServePro's Crew and Lack of Responsiveness from Management

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with ServePro's crew and their lack of responsiveness to my concerns. Firstly, the crew consistently showed up late, causing unnecessary delays in the completion of the project. Moreover, I was shocked to discover sharp objects and nails left behind in my house, posing a serious hazard to my young children. Regrettably, due to their negligence, my children sustained injuries that could have been avoided.
To make matters worse, I discovered that one of the crew members, Al….
had falsified my signature on a form. This deceitful act demonstrates a lack of professionalism and integrity within the company. Additionally, ServePro's billing practices were inaccurate, which further added to my frustration and disappointment.

Not only did the crew damage my furniture and computers during the project, when putting stuff on top of each others ,but ServePro also failed to respond to my repeated attempts to contact them. Despite numerous calls, emails, and mails, I received no response, leaving me feeling ignored and helpless. The didn’t plug the fridge back and I ended up by throwing the spoiled food away. The yanked the sink out and damaged my faucet. They damaged my drywall in two bathrooms.

Furthermore, the promises made by Manager John…..were empty words with no action. He assured me that his crew would return to remove the remaining nails and complete the job, but they never showed up. This left my house unfinished and created an even greater inconvenience for my family.

In conclusion, my experience with ServePro's crew and management was extremely disappointing. The crew's lack of punctuality, negligence resulting in injuries to my children, falsification of documents, inaccurate billing, and overall unresponsiveness have left me dissatisfied and frustrated. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with ServePro's team. Their unprofessional behavior and exorbitant billing leave me no choice but to share my disappointment and caution others considering their services.
To begin with, the team displayed a shocking level of carelessness. During the project, they left the water running in my kitchen, resulting in damage that I had to clean up myself and my family. This not only caused unnecessary stress but also disrupted my daily routine and added to the already extensive project timeline.

Despite their undeniable mistake, ServePro still had the audacity to bill me for the completed job and above what we agreed on. It is utterly unfair to expect customers to pay for services that caused more harm than good. Their lack of accountability and refusal to rectify the situation further solidify my negative impression of the company.

Moreover, when attempting to address these issues and seek clarification from ServePro's management, I encountered nothing but a runaround. Numerous calls, emails, and messages went unanswered, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. It is entirely unacceptable for a professional service provider to disregard customer concerns in such a manner.
On top of everything, the final bill presented by ServePro was shockingly high and inaccurate. The charges were exorbitant and did not reflect the quality or timeliness of the work performed. It became apparent that I was being taken advantage of, adding insult to injury.In conclusion, my experience with ServePro's team was nothing short of a nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and exorbitant billing practices have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly advise anyone to proceed with caution and explore alternative options. Do your home before hiring any company.

I reached out to Servpro about renovating and some upgrades. She was transparent with pricing and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The repairs were quality. The foreman Debbie was great with keeping me updated. Would highly recommend them for any type of work in your home!

So this is my review for Servpro. Let me start by saying that nobody wants to call Servpro because that means there's a problem in your house but, I am extremely happy I did call Servpro. They're going to be a couple Simpsons references in this review so if you don't watch them you might not understand what I'm saying.

In December of 2025 I purchased a new toilet from a big box store. Their name rhymes with what Homer Simpson always says Doh. So Doh's sends out an installer we will call him Cletus the slack jawed yokal. He never did tell me his name never gave me a business card but I am sure he signs his name with an X.

Well Cletus didn't do the best job and 30 days after the install the wax ring failed. I called out a Master plumber with 25 years of experience. He pulled the toilet up and told me Cletus did a very poor job. My master plumber was able to put the toilet back down so it didn't leak but, he did say that the subfloor was wet and it would probably be a good idea to call someone for some remediation.

Now that was the last thing I wanted to do. But I am very thankful and grateful that I did call Servpro. I put in a call to them and told them what the situation was and they had a crew out to my house in about 90 minutes.

Everyone I dealt with at Servpro was service oriented and very professional. They always did a good job and cleaned up and made a bad situation as good as it could be. They came in and they measured with their meters and said yes you do have water problems and at that time they brought in two dehumidifiers and two air scrubbers one set for the bathroom where the problem was at and one set for the basement below.

The two people I worked with the most were Stanley the guy at the office. He was great and always worked with my schedule for getting crews out to do work. Stanley was always responsive to my emails and texts and always answered the phone I really could not ask for more from this gentleman.

The person that I worked with the most on the crews doing the work was the crew with the Foreman Alex. Alex and his crew did the bulk of the heavy lifting. They had to cut out drywall took up tile and subfloor. They installed plastic containment to keep the dust and dirt down. They followed the evidence they would use their meters to determine the extent of the water damage. I'm very grateful to them because they kept my family safe and in our house and we did not have to go to a hotel or apartment. It took about 10 days to get everything dried out.

At which point they pulled their equipment out. I wish I could say it was like they were never there but they did cut holes in the floors and the walls and the ceilings but that was all in the course of doing a thorough professional job.

I'm now starting the process of putting everything back the way it was. But I would give Servpro an A+ five-star rating and I would recommend them without any hesitation. With the caveat that of course you don't want them out but if you do have a problem then definitely give them a call.

With Co Pro Roofing everything went smooth, from coming out for an estimate to the finish. Workers and site manager all were extremely professional and hard workers. The work they did was awesome and done in reasonable time! I couldn’t of ask for a better company. That’s why their called CO Pro! 😃

I had three skylights damaged by hail and CO Pro Roofing took care of it all for me. I live out-of-state and they inspected the property and ordered the custom skylight replacements. They installed them and sent me a photo. A pleasure doing business with such an ethical, professional company.

The team that just came out yesterday, were fast and efficient, they did a great job and cleaned as they went, which was appreciated. They got the roof down in 2 hours and they got got the new shingles up in 3 hours. Great job pro roofing.

Colorado Pro Roofing has helped me on 2 separate occasions. The first time was installing gutters. Everything went well so when I needed a new roof I requested a quote. They were one of three quotes I received and came in the middle as far as cost was concerned. Even though they were not the cheapest there was no doubt that their professionalism was way above and beyond the other contractors. The quote was broke down out so I knew exactly what was expected. Everyone else just offered a fat number with no real explanation of where the costs were coming from. When it came time to do the work and unexpected additions were needed they were up front about what was required, both work wise and cost wise. Everyone, including the crew was pleasant to deal with. Work was quick and the jobsite left clean at the end.

Scott was very professional and took the time to explain my roof to me and show pictures of the damage. He actually fixed a few problems on the spot before the next snow came. I really appreciated his professionalism and he did an outstanding job fixing my roof.
