Adam Philipp cleaned our windows shortly before we listed our house on the market. He did an absolutely fantastic job. The windows were spotless and gleamed, filling our rooms with sunlight. My husband and I were shocked. We hadn't realized how filthy our windows were until after he had cleaned them. We joked we needed sunglasses inside. The difference was incredible and several of our neighbors commented how great they looked and wanted his contact information. While Adam was there we asked spur of the moment if he cleaned glass shower doors as well? Although I regularly clean them with Windex, they had gone cloudy near the bottom. After he cleaned our shower doors the cloudy buildup was completely recommend, leaving the doors as sparkling as when we had purchased the house new. I never write reviews, but Adam’s service left me wanting to spread the word. We would highly recommended Adam Philipp. He is a hardworking family guy looking to expand his small business. Adam with Octopus Window Cleaning was fantastic! We have an old 1925 Bungalow with original windows plus storm windows and he cleaned all 37 window openings in a day and a half for a very fair price. Our windows were filthy and now they SPARKLE! You will love his proprietary cleaning solution blend!

The package we selected included the following:
- cleaning of all 37 window openings (double hung windows and storm windows, inside and out. So it was actually more like 148 window surfaces)
- vacuum and wipe down the inside of the window track

Adam was very professional and respectful. He wore "clean" booties when working indoors and kept his work area organized. I will use Octopus Window Cleaning whenever I need my windows cleaned again! Highly recommended.

Not being satisfied with another company, I decided to give Octopus a try.
Adam is a young local small business, a true professional and his prices are fair and very reasonable. He called to say he was going to be 15 minutes late and arrived at almost exactly at that time and went right to work. He uses booties when working inside and provided advise and recommendations on old windows and screens. The windows are spotless and I signed up for semi-annual service. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Octopus Window cleaning… I got 5 other estimates and they were the most reasonable (included interior, exterior, and tracks). The day we had scheduled, it was raining/snowing so just did the interior & tracks then came back the next day to finish the exterior. They showed up when they said they would & were very respectful. I had Octopus do my windows today. We have two stories above ground and basement windows. They cleaned all of them, inside and out, 'degrimmed/debugged' the tracks, and cleaned the screens. I'm very pleased with their professionalism, respect of my house (booties inside of the house) and at a reasonable price for the quality. Adam and Octopus are my go to cleaners. Highly recommended.

Adam did an excellent job on our windows & screens! We recently moved in to a house that had not had the windows cleaned in a very long time, if ever. The windows are so clean they look brand new and the screens are so clean you can’t even see them. They look amazing and our house is so much brighter! Adam also repaired a couple of screens and built a few new ones for us and they match perfectly to our existing screens. Adam is easy to work with and very professional. We are so happy we will be using him again.
