Octopus Window Cleaning did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning our windows. We had them do all of our windows, inside and out, as well as the screens and window tracks, and WOW, it looks amazing! It was a pleasure working with Adam and his team...they were professional, courteous and took great care while in our house. Without hesitation, we would HIGHLY recommend Octopus Window Cleaning and will definitely use them again.

Dan, Christine, Mike and Karl at Old World restoration are one of the best vendors I use regularly because of their magnificent customer service, quality of work and dependability. Dan always goes above and beyond to be sure our property is serviced to our standards, as well as his.

Terrible customer service. They were understandably busy after the hail storm but they told me on several occasions when the work would get done and it never was. I had to physically go to the office each time and was still given false information. There were problems each time workers were on site (broken sprinkler, HVAC damage, gutter that didn't drain) and workers never called ahead of time when they did come. Would not recommend at all. Have since heard poor reviews from other customers and probably should have done better research to pick a company in retrospect.

I will make sure to always remember Dan and Christine at Old World. They were on schedule and all work was completed without a problem and quickly!! I would recommend them for any restoration problems you might have. Just a great crew to work with!!

Rob was awesome got the paperwork signed and the brand new roof went on two days later. The roofers did an excellent job had the roof done in one day and the yard was totally cleaned up no mess left behind. Thanks again guys!

So old world roofing also offers a restoration side of their company. They do smoke damage, water damage and carpet cleaning. Mike was on time with a good attitude. He told me he has been cleaning carpets for total of 6 years(2 with old world) so he definitely knows what he is doing. Mike will give you alot of information on how to continue to keep it clean. So please if anyone needs their carpets cleans, call them, and ask for Mike. Good job sir.

I called three times before getting to schedule an appointment to have my metal roof looked at. I got a call a couple of day before the appointment to clarify my needs. Then on the day of the appointment Mike called me 20 minutes late to let me know they could not help me because it wasn't worth it. Could have saved me a lot of trouble and time off work to say that from the get-go. Not impressed and would not recommend them.

David helped us during a most challenging time by making sure we got everything we needed for our roof. A year later it has held up beautifully to all of the recent storms. He gave us great recommendations. I am so glad we listened.

They arrived early and finished in one day. They cleaned up before leaving and literally, left nothing behind. I think my yard was cleaner when they left than it was before arriving! They have put two roofs on my house and will always be my roofers. Very nice office staff and very helpful.

Old World Roofing in Colorado Springs did an excellent job in replacing the roofs of the Pinon Glen neighborhood in 2014 & 2015 after 2 separate devasting hail storms. They assisted the HOA in working with the insurance company and upgrading our asphalt shingles to a class 4 to better withstand any future hailstorms. They were very easy to work with and very responsive to any issues that came up during the installation of the roofs. A very professional and reputable firm in business in the front range since 1977.

Started out so well, appt in 2 days of calling, then...late showing up to appt and when the roofer did show, he didnt have a ladder to inspect roof. I was told he and another roofer who knew how to work on tile roofs would be back either Saturday or Monday. I heard nothing so on Tuesday I called office again, explained events, was told production manager would call back. Lady making appts. called me instead telling me to give another employee a call, so I did. That employee told me he wasn't sure how to do the work needed, and my best course of action was to give another company a call. I then called main office, exasperated and disbelieving a reputable company would behave this way, telling them I would take my business to a more professional company, they apologized and said they would look into the matter. I received a call from the original roofer that day explaining while he hadn't been back to my home he would send me an estimate for the work! I received an estimate, 5x other companies estimates. Why bother? All I was asking for was the roof to have kickbacks added.

Started out good, with no money down until job was underway. But then it just went downhill from there. Almost a year to get the work done, when all the other contractors were getting things done way faster. The installed shingles are so poorly installed I have had neighbors asking who did the work so they know who to avoid. ALL of the new gutters they put in leak at every seam. And as for no money to start, that doesn't help much when the contract charges you exorbatent rates for failure to pay immediately on the invoices and they will bill you in full before the job is done. So its either pay up, or take your chances in court of owing way more.
