Scott was very timely with responses and provided some very good recommendations with materials. They ensured all permits were pulled and that the roof was replaced in a timely manner while still ensuring a proper roof installation due to weather. They came out and in one day replaced the roof, cleaned everything and ensured we were 100% satisfied with the installation. Great company and service! Scott was quick and professional. We had a leak in our roof and Scott was able to identify the problem within about 5 minutes. He was then able to make a quick turnaround and return the next day to fix it. Communication was always clear. He texted me ahead of time to let me know when he was coming and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving 15 minutes later than he expected. Will definitely be reaching out to the company again when we need work done on the roof.

Adam is a magician with windows. My home is an old craftsman with mostly original windows. Real picture frame wood on both sides and storm windows on top of that. Some of the windows were so clouded you couldn't really see through them. There was also a lot of trapped bug debris. Adam was incredibly thorough and I could not be more pleased with the results. On difficulty this project was a 10! Adam took extra care and attention to detail and the final results were definitely worth paying his more than fair price. I give Octopus Window Cleaning service my strongest endorsement!!!
