This restoration crew has been wonderful to work with. They managed to save the hardwood floor with their quick response. Daniel was very efficient and very informative as to what they were doing.

Worked with CC Restoration cleaning internal office windows for the Compassion International job. Despite a raging snow-storm outside, the crew arrived with amazing attitude and professionalism. With their assistance, we knocked out the entire job ahead of schedule!

Jordan and Kevin did an excellent job of explaining the process and the estimated timeline to complete the project. They kept me updated throughout and completed the project within their initial estimate. Outstanding service team!

We had pipes that burst and flooded 3 stories of the school, including administrative offices and 2 floors of our library. CC Restoration was prompt to respond. They were onsite and ready to go within the hour. Throughout the 6-month process, they were very professional and extremely helpful with our interactions with the insurance company. All personnel were highly qualified and well managed. We are now back in using the space and never lost a day of school. I highly recommend their services.

I had an emergency situation with my restaurant and needed help immediately. The CC Restoration team came out and started the same day. This was a complete restoration and ther have me ready to open for business after working through the night. This happened Tuesday and I will be open for businesses as usual Thursday morning. Jason

Can’t go wrong with CC Restoration. Had a pipe burst in basement bedroom with significant water leakage. From start to finish the mitigation teams were fast, efficient and professional. My family and I are so grateful to have CC Restoration to manage severe fire and water damage from a building issue that has displaced us from our new home. What has been a traumatic and stressful situation has been eased by how compassionate, efficient, through, responsive, and effective the CC Restoration teams have been in managing all aspects of our claim... Even following up with our insurance adjuster multiple times when the insurance company was slowing progress. Working with CC Restoration has taken a huge mental and physical load off our plates so we can do our best to find a new normal and move forward. I cannot recommend them enough.

My house is cursed. We have had many different water losses through our house over the years. We used CC for the first time about 2 months ago when the washer leaked. We had a originally had a different company out but they did a terrible job. My husband is actually Restoration certified and used do exactly this up until a couple of years ago so he can definitely tell a proper job from a poor one.

Once Daniel and Brendan with CC came in it was like night and day. They did a much more thorough assessment that we have had in the past for other companies, they connected blowers and dehumidifiers efficiently and did a great job avoiding disturbing walls, carpet and furniture wherever possible.

Unfortunately for me, I just had a pipe break so they are back again and doing amazing job again.

A couple days ago a pipe burst in our home and within 45 minutes Forest and Brenden showed up and were very fast and efficient. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. As well as they made it a point to explain everything that was going on. They were very respectful and courteous to what was going on. They made sure they cleaned everything cleaner than when they got here. Forest and Brenden made a very stressful situation stress free. I 100% recommend this company for any restoration needed, specifically Forest and Brenden.

Amazing company that came out and helped us with flood issues. They taped off the area for protection and were very respectful of our home. They were very informative, and super quick to come out the day we found the flooding to get everything under control. All of the gentlemen were incredibly respectful! It really means a lot to work with a group who is friendly and treats their customers with respect! I recommend this team for any issues 100%! Thank you CC Restoration for all your help!

Over the years I've had to reach out to many contractors and service providers to get things done and meet deadlines. From the guys on the ground to higher management inside the organization, these guys deliver professional and timely work.

Chris and his team are amazing!! They came out several times to make sure I was happy with the work that was being completed and they completed the work in an exceptionally timely manor. I deal with a lot of Vendors and they are by far the best I have used at my Property.

Absolutely appalled by this company. As you can see, its been 6 months since I used them since my last review, still not a single word. The worst absolute customer service and management. I will absolutely go out of my way to tell everyone to not use this company. What a joke
