Pikes Peak Mechanical was hired to provide services at my residence in the forest.

In short, no estimate was provided before the work was completed, which was not what was said to me when I scheduled the call: "It'll be $95 for the service call out there, and if we do some of the work while there after quoting for what's needed, we will apply that service call charge to the repair cost." Unfortunately, that is not what happened. My mom was authorized to pay the invoice once it had been approved, but they skipped the approval step and charged her anyway. The first time I heard from the technician was after my mom had paid and they were already gone.

I scheduled the appointment at 8 AM because I had to leave for work at 9 AM. This point was reiterated several times because I knew a typical "8 to 10" time slot wouldn't work. They showed up at 9 AM anyway, which caused me to be late to work. Because I was late, I explained what needed to be done and then immediately left after explaining how to contact me. I expected an estimate to be sent before the work had been completed, but they did the work and then accepted payment from my elderly mother without ever contacting me. In the end, they billed $835 to do what two other companies said would have costed $300 or less. Two technicians showed up to install 3' of pipe, 6 fittings, and 3 valves. The cost was absurd, and I never would have accepted the quote had they asked in advance.

As an aside, the work area was left in a dirty state with flux all over the floor, walls, pipes, and a few nearby pieces of equipment. The installation was unsuccessful as well; there was a leak in one of the fittings, and the installer left my well pump running for three hours. He failed to vent the air from the water lines, which caused the well pump to fail to pressurize the tank. I expected more from a professional plumber. I removed everything the technician installed and then did the work myself in less than an hour. I would have done that in the first place, but I figured a professional would do it better and faster. I guess not because the plumber didn't bother to reinstall the ground wire, which is a critical component in a well system. I would be weary of hiring this company unless you are knowledgable about plumbing because you'll need to inspect the work for safety issues and everything else apparently.

Pikes Peak Mechanical has not responded to my attempts at resolution, so now I have to sue them to recover the funds. They have been silent about the leaky fitting, uninstalled ground wire, and the valve they took without permission. On a regular day, they may be decent, but they are not decent when problems arise are encountered. I would recommend using a different company in case one of those problems is encountered, or if you have an elderly person who has been tasked with overseeing the work in your absence.

I highly recommend Aaron and his team! They are highly professional and always showed up on time. I appreciate their attention to detail and respect they showed me while they were working in my home. I recommend him for any project!

This excellent company is a gem. Everyone is reliable, professional, cheerful, extraordinarily competent, and prices are quite reasonable. Just last month we had a plumbing issue on a Sunday. Aaron answered my text promptly and helped me get our water running again in just a few minutes. I recommend this company most highly!

I had called other 24hr service plumbing company. I asked what to do till morning and he said he didn't know. That he couldn't get a hold of a tech. If they are 24hr service they should have somebody available you would think. They lost my business. Well I moved on and called Pikes Peak Mechanical. It was around 9pm my water heater was leaking out the top. I wanted to know what to do till morning. He let me know and they came out in the morning to look at it. It was fixed fairly quickly. I appreciated the service and letting me know what to do so I didn't have a big mess till morning. I will be using Pikes Peak Mechanical again when needed. Thankyou!

I usually don't write reviews. However I just wanted to speak on the honesty and professionalism of Pikes Peak Mechanical. Jason came out to give us an estimate on a hot water heater that we thought needed to be replaced due to leaking. However, when he arrived the floor around the hot water heater was dry. After one test, he realized that our hot water heater was in good working condition and did not see the need for a replacement. Instead he educated me on reasons why we maybe experiencing leakage. I was truly amazed by his integrity because I knew for certain that we were going to have to replace the hot water heater since that was the report we received from another company. Thank you Pikes Peak Mechanical for your trustworthiness. We will definitely call you for all of our plumbing needs.

I called Aaron at Pikes Peak Mechanical to help us with some plumbing and dry wall repair issues on 2 separate occasions.
I was most impressed with his responsiveness and professional attitude. Aaron got back to me right away and had one of his employees start both jobs within 24 hours. The guy he sent over was efficient and professional. They were able to identify and repair the plumbing issue in our home as well as fix the dry wall damage. Both repairs were done effectively as we haven’t had any issues since then.
I highly recommend this business and will use them again.

These guys are amazing! Came out the next day to hook up our gas dryer for our company. A week later we needed to move the dryer and they were there the same day to put on an extension. Who does that? I would recommend these guys to anyone :-) thank you guys for all your hard work that came out great!

Recently had to replace my hot water heater and get the new thermal expansion tank added per the new regulations! The team at Pikes Peak Mechanical were fantastic!

I was having an emergency at my barbershop where we were left without hot water. I made an appointment with another plumber (who took two days to get to us) and they said I'd have to replace the water heater. I told them I simply couldn't afford that and what could be done. They then suggested some dramatic repairs they couldn't guarantee that would take another two days. I called Jason in desperation: he went over immediately and fixed that afternoon. Won't ever call anyone else but Jason again. Highly recommend.

I called this morning about a leak. And a couple hours two guys came to my house they were very kind and professional and they did the job and they were quick also. I will be using these guys again!!!

Our water heater started leaking. Our home warranty company assigned Pikes Peak Mechanical. Arron called and set up an inspection appointment for the next day. He was on time and communicated. After his inspection and the job was approved he once again proactively contacted us about scheduling the job and answered all our questions. The day of our job Arron arrived on time. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. There was not a trace of material left behind. From start to finish this project was completed in a week with no surprises, delays or miscommunication. Our German Sheppards liked them as well. I would use Arron and Pikes Peak Mechanical again and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

Could not have asked for better! Got my hot water heater replaced in record time. It was a difficult install but they got it done. I am beyond happy with their responsiveness and communication. I will not hesitate to call them for all my future needs!

Added a service charge without informing me. When called about it he was confrontational and disrespectful. I rather doubt I would use this company again.

Had my AC unit shutdown and called for help and service. Pikes Peak Mechanical had me an appointment set up within a day showed up on time and completed the work efficiently and effectively. In addition, I had a ceiling fan installed and could not be happier with the representatives they sent to work on my house. I recommend this company, and will use them again for other projects I have planned. High Marks !!!

Aaron and his team are absolutely incredible. We called him on short notice after a fallout with a previous contractor; he was able to get eyes on the project and a team put together to take care of us in a matter of days. He helped with coordinating LVP flooring installation, stairs installation, floorboards/door trim, resetting and repairing our toilets after all the work was complete. It’s rare to find a company this capable, and we will call him with any needs in the future. Highly recommend!!

The gentleman who I first spoke with said that he would try and have his crew to my house before I had to get to an appointment. Within an hour or so his crew showed up, the two young men were super fast and very professional! Will definitely use them again!

Pikes Peak Mechanical is phenomenal !!!!! It's a Monday, it's a holiday, the temperatures are in the single digits and our furnace stops working. One call to Aaron at Pikes Peak Mechanical and we're back to optimal operating temperature on the same day we call. It just doesn't get better than that. I had an Emergency Request, that I put into My Home Warranty Company, I had one Plumbing Repair Company that they requested and when I called them, they Plum Denied Me, because My Home Warranty Company their Payment Service, that’s fine and dandy, but remember I haven’t had My water on since 3/27/25. So I let the Warranty Company know what was going on and being the weekend is Approaching us I just knew that it would take some time to get Us Another Service Request, but Pikes Peak Mechanical Technicians Team called Me Saturday And had My Warranty Service Request and and made an Appointment with Me for Monday Morning, I was Truly Surprised and when Jason and his skilled staff showed up they introduced themselves and got right on the Job ASAP, they quickly found My Leaking Problem which was coming through the ceiling of My downstairs bathroom, it was pretty Bad, the ceiling drywall had fallen down and I was in such Disarray and shocked by the horrific situation I didn’t know what to do, But Jason and his Teammate had it All Under Control, They Assessed the situation and found where it was coming from, they did a quick assessment and ran the repair through the Warranty Company and came back Approved, After that it was a easy repair fix, Because of their Expertise in there field and their Professional Technicians Expertise My Mystery Water Leak was Solved, They cleaned up after themselves which I thought was Awsome but they didn’t have any Booties on which it didn’t matter because water was Everywhere, I really want to Thank Pikes Peak Mechanical and Jason and his crew member for providing Quality Assurance and Work and Exceptional Service, JOB WELL DONE! BEWARE, Pikes Peak Mechanical is a very DISHONEST company! THEY’RE A RIP OFF!

In October, I called them to replace furnace filter and their charge to come out was $95 which was reasonable, so I agreed. In December I called them again because there was a leak in a pipe. A technician came on a Saturday to replace the pipe and charged me $560! I was caught off guard. I felt like I was robbed. I was not given any quote before the work was done. I even texted a short video of the leak to give them an idea of what the problem was. The job was completed in less than an hour. It was simple— no need to go up the roof. When I asked Aaron, the owner why the bill was overpriced, he said it was because it was done on a weekend. Granted but it should have been disclosed prior and shouldn’t have cost $560! When I asked what it would’ve cost on a weekday, he never answered. I asked for a quote from another company for the same work and I was told $140. If you want to stay in business, you should never take advantage of customers!
