Our furnace stopped working yesterday morning. Called Aaron and 2 hours later he was at our home diagnosing the problem. Cleaned our furnace and sensors. Problem solved. In and out in less than an hour. Polite, courteous, took shoes off when entering our home. Great service, great price. I highly recommend Pikes Peak Mechanical for your HVAC and pluming needs. Will be replacing my sister's AC unit in the near future.

Favorite Pikes Peak Mechanical now, and do not hesitate to use them for all your plumbing needs. The owner and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Pikes Peak Mechanical is always my first call for plumbing services in our home. A recent example is when I noticed a drip coming from our 12 year old water heater. I called in the morning, and they had a replacement installed the same day.

Great experience working with this vendor. They responded to my inquiries and provided clear information every time. Professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I appreciate the smooth process and would be glad to work with them again.

The gentleman who came over has been here before and this is the second time he’s become extremely loud and hostile with me. I’m not sure if you’ve had other complaints, but I do not like how he talks to me at all.

* Come to find out after not receiving a phone call back about my last experience I believe the owner is the one who handles most of the jobs and his name is Aaron.

The first time he came over, he argued with me about the leak under the sink, even though I tried to be very polite and nice about it. He continuously told me there was no leak and lied to my husband that he let the water run for a certain amount of time when I knew it was only a few min not 20 min as he told him - come to find out several weeks later they come back due to the same leak under the sink that has now damaged the wood underneath because it wasn’t fixed initially.

This time he came over and argued with me that he did not bend the bars that holds the trash cans under the sink yet he was the only one that was under our sink. He started getting loud with me and told me he will tell the property manager to charge me for it instead.

I started recording, but unfortunately didn’t get the first part of him being hostile with me. This is extremely unprofessional. Both times he has left me feeling anxious and very uncomfortable.

In the future, we will need another tech as we cannot do any further business with him.

The primary owner of this business, Aaron Morton, was referred to us by our realtor as we are new to the Colorado Springs area. He has always responded promptly to our questions and repair/construction issues. The work completed by him, or by those with whom he contracts, has been impeccable. The prices have seemed reasonable.

Great service and even brought the part I needed straight to out restaurant.

The best service possible! Ask for CA and they will make anything happen.

Probably through no fault of there own, this location came up under restaurant supply co. So came to buy a replacement part. Google said open but doors were locked. Called and no answer. Left message no call back after several hours. Looking at reviews this location might not be a supply store but a service store only.

Long story short, the technician Rio did a fantastic job. He was very professional and did a great job. Thank you

3 trip charges and hours to replace one part they could never get right.
Don't ever call them for HVAC repair, they have no clue what they are doing.

Run by a man of high integrity. Amazing ongoing maintenance plan that makes life easy for any operator. Do yourself a favor and get them on your team.

Not recommended at all!! Service guy came in and check my refrigerators and told me can not be fixed, and told me I had to get rid of it and buy a new ones! I called other company and they fixed it easily. I almost got rid of my refrigerator almost listened to that unprofessional guy and almost cost me thousands of $$. Unbelievable!!!
