I have been working with RES for years and I always get great customer service. They are always on time and very dependable. I rate them a 5! Highly recommend them!!

After scheduling an appointment at a newly purchased buisness, company did not show. I called to confirm time and was told at that they would be unable to hold appointment. I drove 400 miles to meet them at the buisness. Had a phone call been made, I would have been able to change my plans. Paying the 100 dollars an hour for the companies travel time with no regard for the value of my time is unacceptable and poor buisness practice.

Professional, friendly and thorough. We met multiple employees over the course of a month or so while setting up a new commercial kitchen and had good experiences with all of them as well as the service. Would highly recommend!

I would recommend RES to anyone they are family owned and always exceed my expectations from when I make the call for help to when the job is completed. Always above and beyond . CA, his family and crew get the job done right. Thank you guys!

They were great and very professional for the initial service call/inspection, but the actual cleaning and service was nothing but a huge pain in the a ss. The service person originally showed up for a 9 am appointment at 730. Then never showed up for the actual time. The office was rude and unhelpful. Nobody came until 2 and a half hours after the original appointment and only did half the work that was quoted. Then I was charged for 2 full hours even though they were only here for a little over 1 hour. I was treated very unprofessionally and nobody seemed to care. Will not be using this business again and I don't recommend it if you are on any sort of schedule or budget.

C.A and his team are incredibly professional. Top notch people that know what they are doing and can get the job done right. I also love a company where you can speak directly to the owner if needed. Not a giant corporate mess

This is a must have company for any restaurant operating in the Springs. Every time we have had an issue with our pizza oven they come out that day and are always honest and efficient with their service. Preston has been our repair tech and he is amazing! Would recommend these guys to any other restaurateur without question.

The owner is someone who is trustworthy and a man of his word. The exact things you need when looking for someone who maintains and keeps running the core of your restaurant operation. Their Planned Maintenance is a MUST! Proactive maintenance is always cheaper than reactive.

I am hosting a pizza party for our daughter's wedding. I have commercial ovens on our back porch. When I made a reservation 10 days ago, I informed the company of both items. Today, with 8 days to go before the party, they sent a text saying they are not currently servicing residential customers. 8 days before! I called them and said I'd pay a premium...they said "sorry for the inconvenience." No suggestions, no recommendations, but no service. I hope this helps prevent pain/anguish for someone in the future.

If you have ever felt alone in the restaurant business when some critical piece of kitchen equipment dies before service you NEED to add these guys to your contact sheet. They ALWAYS answer the phone and thus far have always responded in the quick manner we need to effectively run our business. We have had several techs, and all have been really great. C.A helped us last time and he was friendly, honest and quick to get the job done! If you need a company you can depend on to get your kitchen back up and running these guys are it!

RES is a great company and they work diligently and professionally in everything they do. Pricing is fantastic and the owner; C.A. Perkins is very knowledgeable in the job and has the skills to pull off anything that any customer/business needs. 10/10 would recommend.

We love Thayer mechanical! Ali on the phone was wonderful to work with, she is friendly and very accommodating to schedules. The technician Stuart was also very nice and for our service done promptly. We always trust the work Thayer gives us and would 100% recommend them to anybody!

Joel and his team are amazing. They do honest work with fair prices and always take the time to answer any questions I have. Allie is friendly and her customer service is fantastic. Out heat wasn’t working and they fit us in same day and got everything up and running so we didn’t go without heat. I can not recommend them enough.

From the office staff to the crew that did the installation, they all did a superior job. They advised us on the appropriate furnace and AC (not overselling to make a bigger profit) for our particular home, which was built in 1996 and not built with an AC in its plans. We appreciated their attention to details and such a great job of getting things cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Thayer Mechanical Services for any project they offer.

Mikey the technician was excellent. Very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He completed the service and in effect fixed my furnace. In discussion he offered a few recommendations that was not being pushy but spoke from experience. This is a great company that I feel confident in what they say and do.

Stuart was amazing to work with! He took his time was and didn’t rush just to get to the next job (worked 4 hours straight with no break or lunch), was very thorough and explained everything to me step-by-step. Very genuine customer service. Thayer will absolutely be who I call for future HVAC needs!

Cannot recommend them enough! They were kind, thorough, and so helpful during our HVAC cleaning and inspection. He helped teach us a bit more about maintenance and the price in today's economy was very reasonable. I'd recommend to anyone wanting quality work!
