Cayde did a great job! We had him upgrade our furnace and replace all our old gravity fed ductwork. Not an easy job with the limited access under our house but he pulled it off.

Gold Star Heating and Air, visited my home for an inspection on my air conditioning unit. I am very pleased with this company. They are up front and straight forward. I was given options and pricing and was not pressured to upgrade or buy a new unit. Basically, they are ethical!! Imagine that!! I cannot recommend Gold Star Heating and Air enough. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable while talking me through the process. They were very cleanly and transparent about cost. Overall very pleased with the service provided.

We hired Cayde and Colton for a couple HVAC projects (new ductwork in a renovation and new ductwork/heat pump in new construction) and they were fantastic to work with. Their prices were very reasonable, they did good work, and were always friendly and respectful. I also liked that as the owner, Cayde is also doing the work and takes pride in doing it well. I would definitely work with Gold Star again on future projects!

I was in a pickle when my furnace died just before 5PM with lows tonight and the next few days in the single digits or low teens. I knew I just needed an igniter which I could easily replace to get my system back online. Unfortunately Gold Star didn't have one for my system in stock but I really appreciated that they listened to my problem and tried to offer helpful advice unlike other HVAC shops that refused to talk to me. They seem like an honest company that will try their best to help in any way they can.

I really appreciate their prompt service. They were very polite and respectful of my home. They took time to explain what my problem was and even showed me some preventative measures to help keep my furnace running. Thanks, you guys were awesome.
