I was having a problem with my furnace. I called CoMech to help, since they installed it. Randy came out promptly (he was the one who installed it). He found and took care of the problem. I believe the bill was fair. I appreciate his knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. I'm very satisfied with experiences with and everyone I've dealt with from CoMech.

Randy was knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done about my AC not working. Price was more reasonable than the other estimate I received. He fixed it the same day!

Called after hours on a heat outage. The company honored their warranty and fixed problem at 7pm.

Had the AC tuned up and our water heater flushed. Randy O, our tech, was great. Was on time and explained what he was working on throughout the process. Highly recommend and will be retuning for all future needs.

I got 4 different estimates to replace my almost 40 year old furnace and install an AC unit which I never had. I chose Comech. I was very happy with them from start to finish with all aspects, from the estimate to installation and with communication. The entire process was very smooth and everyone was wonderful . I had a house inspecter that said they did really good job with the installation. So kudos to them! I highly recommend Comech.

My new insurance required a Heat Shield be installed on the wall behind our wood stove. CoMech came up with great solution and installed it in a timely manner. They were professional and easy to work with. Randy did a great job installing the shield.

Randy did an exceptionally wonderful job of installing the correct vent pipe on top of our house heater. I will definitely call him to do all needed work in the future. We are very greatful and now have a safer more efficiently running heater. Thankyou soo much Randy!! We wish all service people were like you.🥰

I purchased a house, in which they put in a brand new furnace, I understood it was under warranty. They came out to fix a problem in which the heater kept shutting off due to whatever. I was charged a service call $89 plus labor. Total of $260. The initial issue is not fixed because the warranty company told them they had caused the problem, which they didn’t. Anyway. A new part can be warrantied out according to the tech but I am still responsible for $460 worth of labor. Brad, the owner is the only person I’ve worked with when he came he was very honest and guided me to how to change my thermostat and didn’t charge me anything. Not sure I will be going thru them again because under warranty doesn’t really cover anything it seems like. Anyway thank you guys for your work.

Having a family of 5, as you know you do a lot of laundry! Apparently, my dryer vent was extremely clogged, little to my knowledge, that was why it was taking forever for clothes to dry. Cayde helped me out and was able to find the problem, provide a solution and put me back in business of doing my "favorite" chore! I would definitely recommend their company as they are very knowledgeable, appointment same day and fair with their prices!!!

100% would recommend Gold Star to everyone even my Grandma. They where extremely professional, friendly, explained both what he thought was wrong and what it could be on our phone conversation and when they got here. They where extremely through checking every possibility and explained what and why he was checking different things. While they where checking under my house to be sure the water damage did not cause structural damage, they found a small issue with something else and showed us what he was talking about and made recommendations on how to repair it. When he went on the roof to clean my venting he showed me pictures of what it looked like and what he did to fix the problem. My roommate was home when they where here so my mastiff was locked up she never made a noise. She is protective and usually barks when repair men are in our home but she never made a sound except to wimper she wanted to visit not get them out of the house. This was very impressive to me. Her job is to tell people she's here and it's her house. She takes her job seriously and has never cried because she did not get to visit with a repair person. Usually she barks or grumbles to make sure they know she's here and ready to protect me if need be, even from behind a door (I think she would come through one if I was being hurt). Whit his company she behaved like family was here, she wanted to come out of her room and visit. My roommate told me he would be comfortable with this company coming to do work in our home even if he and the mastiff where not here. This is the only company he has ever said this about. We did end up having them fix another small issue with a heating return while they where here. They also took the time to talk to me about my controller for the heating and cooling system that I hate. When I am ready to replace it or have any hvac or venting work done Gold Star will be my one and only call. I would rather wait for them (if they can't get out here quickly) than to use someone else. GOLD STAR was great! I also really liked and appreciated that while explaining things to me and telling me what was needed or had been done never once did I feel spoken down to or like I could not understand since I am not a professional or man. I have experienced this with previous repair men but not with Gold Star. They where every thorough without coming off as if I could not understand. 100% AMAZING COMPANY and the only company I will call for hvac and venting in the future. I am a Gold Star customer for life!
