Rocky supplied plumber services and was very professional during the entire process. He was extremely thorough and detailed when describing the issues and exactly what he would do to fix them, which we appreciated very much. The entire experience was extremely transparent and addressed all of our concerns which included defective parts with the toilet valve, assessment of a possible leak, water heater maintenance, and identification of other legitimate issues we were not even aware of until he visited. We sincerely appreciated his professionalism and ability to provide a complete service with no lingering questions of what he did or why he did them. The prices were a bit high but he did try to apply several discounts when possible. We felt they were somewhat reasonable given the lifetime warranty on the parts.

Over the years, I have been a valued member of Heart’s maintenance program. Joel Ramirez, an exceptional technician, demonstrated professionalism and friendliness throughout our interactions. I placed great trust in his assessment of my furnace and readily followed his advice to repair the motor. I firmly believe in the importance of maintaining my HVAC system. Purchasing components through Heart ensures lifetime warranties, providing peace of mind and ensuring the longevity of my equipment. I am highly satisfied with the services provided by Heart.

Been using Heart for years and have been pretty happy with them. Their technicians are really great, especially Kevin who came out today to take a look at a simple plumbing issue at my house in Northglenn.

I am only giving 4 stars because they used to have smaller appointment windows (morning or afternoon), but now they only do full day appointment windows, which makes it harder to plan my day around when the technician will arrive.

Wanted to have an inspection of our HVAC system. The company sent Mr. Ryan. Mr. Ryan was very patient, shared good amount of knowledge on HVAC. Did the the checks that mattered. Finally gave us an honest opinion about replacement vs repair.

Nicholas is exceptionally knowledgeable and loves his craft! His insights were spot on and he was clearly there to be sure my furnace was safe, not to sell me options. He made suggestions that are relevant to upcoming remodel and was complimentary of how well maintained the furnace was for its age.

Darby was very generous with his knowledge and expertise, and was a lot of fun to talk to! He fixed our leak very quickly and easily and told me what to look for if the sink ever starts leaking again. I very much appreciate his time and that Heart was able to get someone to is so quickly!

Kevin was very informative and nice. He gave me details on what needed to get done and fixed everything promptly. He also talked me how to replace a part myself and saved me money in the long run. It was a painless expierence and I appreciate the lifetime garentee on all their work.

Taylor was awesome! Spent a lot of time helping us understand options available and pricing so we could prioritize electrical projects around our house. We haven’t had any work completed yet, just the initial consultation but we won’t hesitate to use Heart.

We had a great experience with Don Frish. He was super friendly, very efficient, and really appreciated that he shot it to us straight about what we needed and what we didn’t—no pressure at all. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone honest and reliable.

I read the raving reviews and gave them a call after my A/C went out. Joel came out to take a look. Our unit was well past 20 years old so I expected to need a new one. I was right, but Joel was able to provide an estimate if I wanted to fix the old one. The very next day Levi was out to replace the old one. Both were so polite and professional. They did an excellent job and I would absolutely recommend this company. I don’t know how they hire or what they do with employees, but whatever it is, they’re spot on. The job was completed without any issues. I don’t remember the last time I’ve had great service like our experience with them. Not only great service, but well done with technical expertise.

David showed up promptly, explained the work that needed to be completed succinctly, and was an absolute baller and stayed all day to get it done. We had tried installing the system ourselves and it ended up being a MUCH bigger job than we had thought it would be. Highly recommend both David and his company.

The experience I had today with Heart Heating & Plumbing, Tech Joel Ramirez today was great! This was my free annual HVAC inspection. He arrived at the time indicated. He explained what he was going to do. After he looked over everything, he showed me the HVAC system & the problems he found, He had solutions on how to fix them & took care of them. Joel was very knowledgeable & showed good customer service. He is definitely an asset to the company!

Kevin showed up today and I had figured out the trouble! He STILL took time to make sure that I had properly fixed my issue! He took time to explain how it’s easy to overlook a disposal plug and he made sure everything was good!!! He is one of the kindest plumbing technicians I’ve met and is a person of excellent character!!! I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism💖💖💖

We had a yearly inspection that was required by the property management company. They chose Heart HCP&E to come out. We personally hand Trenton come out - what a fine young gentleman . He was really informative, had wonderful manners , and he fit us into his schedule kind of last minute which we appreciated in and of itself but he did find a bunch of problems with the furnace so it was great to know that right away instead of needing to wait. Overall a great experience and if I had to pay my own money to have these things done , I'd definitely go with these guys.

Omar was our technician and did a great job adding more outlets to our garage.
He is very knowledgeable and professional. We had a good feeling about him from the day he gave us the quote for the job. He explained everything and answered all out questions.

I met the team members at the Home and Garden show while searching for someone to replace my old, rusted swamp coolers. I had 3 different companies out on the same day for quotes. 2 companies looked things over and then left after a little small talk. The sales agent for Hear took time to talk about the company and what they can do for me. The quote was not the lowest but the warranty and service plan are what sold me on Heart. The installation was today and everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I am thoroughly satisfied with them and now I know who to turn to for all my household needs. I cannot recommend Heart enough!

Their quote, $1800 for major fix & $1200 for minor fix.
I asked for an invoice which they had drawn up.
They refused to give us one.
Very shady.
Would not recommend.
They will show up to collect $50 from you, tho. I thought the $50 at least paid for the invoice. They will show up to collect $50.

These guys are really on top of things! I had to have them out twice and they called me to schedule before I even got off the phone with the home warranty co! Next day service both times! Did a great job and I’m so happy all my plumbing works well! Highly recommend!
