Justin Reed was amazing and thoughtful and kind. He came over to a client's/friend's new townhome, that I had helped her purchase that had some plumbing issues. I walked the home with him, and as he was pointing out things, he suggested I set another appointment with my client and me so that my client could be there to understand what maintenance she would need keep the plumbing system working well.We are going back in a week or so, so that Justin can educate her on the plumbing system as she moves into her new home. Justin is awesome!

It was a pleasure to have Trenton come over to service our hvac system; he was very thorough and knowledgeable. Trent was able to explain in detail his process and if he had any concerns about our hvac system; thankfully everything checked out great.

Taylor Lee is the best, really and truly. We had an electrical emergency in our new home (almost caught the house on fire making coffee) the same day as we put our dog to rest. Unfortunately, Taylor arrived right before then BUT his kindness, compassion, and professionalism shone bright. He went to work on the problem while we said our goodbyes and waited until we went to talk with him to even say anything. My husband was chatting with him about the industry as he was also in the world of construction and Taylor's knowledge and kindness allowed him to relax about the emergency itself while not sitting in the silence of sadness. Taylor showed us where there was a problem with the wiring and was causing a tinder box - those pictures are rough. He quickly had a resolution that my husband agreed upon and went to work. Problem was solved quickly and professionally. We have gone ahead and had the house looked through to correct any problems not caught prior. Looking forward to working with such great people.

I would love to say I had great service from Heart, and the technician Taylor, took some time to put in an outlet which I appreciate. The appointment was for Monday at 8 am and they called to tell me they would arrive at 830am. No worries there. What I don't appreciate is being charged $800+ for install of an standard outlet placed over my fireplace. I assumed once it was done they would leave things looking the same as it was previously. A hole was left in my wall next to the plug which is understandable, things happen, when I was offered either $50 off or having it be restored to original and having the drywall repaired. They needed a second guy to come out and fix the drywall on Wednesday. He came out and worked quietly while I was in work meetings which was appreciated, however, the drywall fix was not sanded and made even. I was texted to be asked if I had paint to match and before I could respond the tech left. When I inspected the work I noticed spackling on my new outlet and the cover here doesn’t lay flat with the wall. I'm disappointed in the drywall fix and the look of an $800+ install. I even opt to pay for the service contract for $20/month but may need to cancel that if this is the type of work I'll receive.

I will not recommend this company. They installed furnace and AC in our house and blocked my number because I asked for details notes for maintenance.

One of our zones motors burned out and was causing our system to have issues. They responded immediately and were out to us so quickly. Troubleshot the issue within 20 min and came back later with new zone motor to fix the issue! They continue to be my recommendation to anyone for HAVC and Boiler systems. These guys rock.

These guys were wonderful. They had my old furnace out and the new one in and functional in a half a day, and that also included installing the condenser for the air conditioning. Wonderful service!!

First time using Air Tech Mechanical. I’m very pleased and will use them for any future needs. Justin came out this morning to do an AC unit inspection and cleaning. He did a great job! He was very informative and so polite.

Called number on Google and they told me it was not the number for scheduling callouts. I texted the number provided and got an appointment set. Appointment time came and went, no technician and no call. I called and they said they were coming over but got caught up and that they would call me. 2 hours later still no technician, I called and went to voice-mail. 1 hour more I found a different HVAC specialist and canceled Air Tech Mechanical through voice-mail. No call/text followup at all.

I cannot give enough highest praise to AirTech Mechanical for their outstanding work, at every level, when they installed our new heating and air conditioning systems. Everyone was very professional, and things could not have run any smoother for us in the process because of their excellent expertise and service. Our swamp cooler died on the 3rd of August. Elizabeth was at our house to do a quote for Mini-splits by 1 PM. The quote included a Military/Veteran discount and was "out the door". No extras tacked on.
Upon agreement, the work was scheduled for August 4-5. By 9 AM on the 4th, Billy was here to do the electrical, putting in a pigtail for the compressor unit. Mike and Jordan, followed shortly after him, and determined where each of the 4 heads would go and began the install. This took until about 5:30 on the 5th. This company is great to work with. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They know their jobs and get them done. Please give them a try, as they are excellent to work with!!

Apparently the company went belly up due to shoddy installs and lawsuits. The business number goes to one tech who's voicemail is full. I found out after a year that my unit was mismatched to the coil causing the coil to fail. Also, during install, the installers had fumes go up into my sons bedroom. Who knows if it was toxic or not, my guess is the former. What a shame. Now the warranty is useless, and I'm out another couple thousands for someone to do it right.

I'm bad with names, but Philly & Chris were awesome. They had to replace the a/c coils. On the second visit they were in and out in about an hour and half.

The first visit was on Friday morning. My complaints are that we had to call them back on Monday to find out that they had to order the parts. Then call them back on Wednesday to schedule the replacement time for Thursday morning.

We went a little over a week with no A/C with temperatures in high 80's and low 90's with no contact from the company. It would have been better to have the office calling to say that we had to order parts and let us know the parts were in and then schedule the installation. It fell to us to make contact, even with half deposit given.

Last minute relocation of my condenser. All other companies gave me a 2-4 week window. Tyler bud the job and had his crew on site and completed the work early!!! Justin Molen was the tech, I would hire him today if I had the chance. Amazing work and results. Highly recommended.

We had a heat pump installed in our home for an upper level addition.
Chris and Caleb were on time, explained everything carefully to us. They did a complete workup of the property and house before they started to the project which led to a wonderful result the day of installation. I would highly recommend this team and business.
