TJ was a huge help - he identified the issue with our water heater immediately and gave us a handful of options to choose from at various price points. When we decided to replace the water heater, he handled install and had us up and running in a few hours. Couldn't recommend Heart more!

Daniel Corpuz was our plumber that worked on our water heater.He was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. He was very timely and worked within our time constraints. We highly recommend using Daniel and Heart.

Needed a new hot water heater. Got a few estimates. Heart’s price was competitive and included a better product than the other estimates. The installation process went well. The plumber fixed some related things that were installed incorrectly.

The electrician was professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained everything and focused on the reason I called instead of constantly trying to upsell me or add unneeded services to the visit. He definitely created a return customer for future projects I am considering.

We needed a repair for our water heater. Charlie did a thorough inspection of our setup and did a neat repair that fixed the issue and improved the setup. He also communicated everything clearly. We're very appreciative of what Charlie did.

I am not sure how I feel about my last interaction. I thought Heart was amazing but the last guy that came out to fix did not seem to know what he was doing at ALL. My central air unit was not working. Plus my yearly AC maintenance as I am a member. He said it was due to a communication issue and I needed my circuit board replaced and quoted me a 1200 dollar estimate then later said it would be 1700 hundred and he wouldn't charge me a cleaning fee for my furnace. After 5 hours and I quote he said he was burning time as he gets paid hourly he said he'd send the guy that replaces the old systems for new ones as my HVAC system is old 2016 (8 years old) for a quote. He said it would be a cheaper option to replace everything instead of playing guess work to find the problem as that will cost me thousands. So I might as well spend my thousands on new units.

My Technicians name was Roy Boudreax he gets 5 stars and has 10 years experience. I am not trying to get him fired by any means but maybe more HVAC courses are needed. Also after he left my furnace stopped working so I thought it extremely bizarre considering he was trying to get me to replace all of my equipment.

Thankfully the next service man got my heat back on. Roy was messing with all kinds of wiring.

My husband got everything working on my HVAC system and had to clean the unit himself.. The problem was a burnout 20 dollar A contactor.

So my question is this why is a certified HVAC guy unable to figure out something so simple that my husband figured out who has not had HVAC training. I am glad my husband fixed it though cause he saved us thousands of dollars. Why we paying for a membership again? Especially after professional leaves unable to fix what was a simple issue.

AND NOTHING WAS MAINTENIENCED NOR MY AC UNIT CLEANED. Very unprofessional.

Jim and Darcy were great! Showed up early and were patient with me for 10 minutes. Cleared my basement shower that wasn’t working and we’re out in under 30! Incredible crew and strongly recommend. Prices were fair for time, efficiency, and thoroughness. 199 total for the secondary line.

Hands down the best HVAC and Plumbing business in Colorado if not the entire USA!! Friendly service! Great prices! Great product! Great people! You are doing yourself and your family a disservice if you are not using Heart! Get a quote from them and see if I’m lying. Military, first responder, and veteran friendly!

David Loya with Heart Plumbing did a fantastic job for us. We needed a water line for our refrigerator. David did a great job running the line from the basement up to the kitchen. David is a true professional, very knowledgeable and confident. Highly recommend David and Heart.

I scheduled a plumbing quote and experienced three missed appointments in a row. The first was rescheduled the same day, then they didn’t show. The next two were canceled again. After multiple no-shows and last-minute changes, I can’t recommend this company. Reliability and communication are critical for contractors, and this was very frustrating.

Felt very “used car salesman” like. The tech did his job perfectly fine but when we were recommended an entire new system we were quoted an astronomical amount. The quote had conflicting items and when asked about the discrepancy we were asked, “well what price did you have in mind?” Like just tell us the fair price? We got two other quotes from different companies and they were half the cost of this one. The other companies also recommended we upgrade the entire hvac system not just the furnace in order to have it run better and be cheaper in the long run vs upgrading both at different times since both were older. This company never even suggested it and when looking into it, it is best practice to do just that. Pretty unhappy with their apparent business model. The monthly subscription to get a discount is also bizarre? The technician did a good job, but it seems management has a predatory sales system where they price your job based on whatever highest price you’re willing to pay, seems very dishonest. I’m buying a furnace not a used car.

Arron was a great Technician. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he communicated well. We were doing simple tuneups for the winter on our furnaces. It appeared that he was efficient with his time and courteous in his interaction with us. I would recommend him for any of your furnace tuneup or repair needs.
