I wanted to see about getting an estimate for my kitchen tiles. I was in the area and stopped by their office only to find out that it's a fake location and actually a mailbox at the ups store. Further investigation of this company shows that they are indeed not local and their real company name is grout superior based out of Alabama. I don't know about their work but this makes me very skeptical about the intent and integrity of this business.

I called Ivan to get an estimate to replace some mildewed grout in the master shower. He came on Monday, gave me an estimate and it was done by eleven the following day. The shower looks new and I am very pleased.

Fabulous! Very professional, meaning they were on time, careful, moved fridge and light furniture to do a thorough job and left no mess when they were done. Tarps used where needed to protect surrounding areas. Perfect color match to tile. Showers and kitchen floor look new! I couldn't be happier with their work.

They were terrific in many key ways: showed up on time, worked diligently, were very interested in pleasing, took feedback as to things that needed special attention, were very respectful, did a great job.
