Let me just say that the grout and tile in my shower was nothing short of a nightmare and that's still an understatement...
This company was AMAZING!! They took their time and gave us nothing but excellence and hard work!! Their attention to detail was like nothing I've ever seen. We had tiles that were uneven and they took the time to make every tile even, dig out mold, old grout, and made it look NEW!
We'd definitely recommend their services and will be bringing them back foor another project we have. Thanks again!!!!

Friendly, professional, great communication, kind to my two nosey pups, prompt, kept with their timeline, and - the grout and tile in my master bathroom shower and floor, and utility room, look fabulous! We called Ivan to regrout and reseal our showers. He was very prompt and gave a free estimate. His price was great, so we had him do the work. We are happy with how clean and efficient he was. I highly recommend him.

It is always such a pleasant surprise to have a company exceed your expectations! I have to say that this was the case with Colorado Springs Grout Cleaning! They actually do what they say and even more. The estimate was clear and there were no surprises at the end of the work. And the work! They were actually on time, the team of two awesome young men, Tristan and Jared, moved all the furniture necessary including four very large very prickly plants! They worked from 8 am until 2:30, with a couple of short breaks so stuff could dry, and put all of the big stuff, including the plants, back, and actually cleaned up. Ivan, the owner, checked in once and also came back to check on the final product and help with cleaning up. The work consisted of cleaning and sealing the grout (with a new color of stain) in three rooms of tile floor, repairing grout around the sink (and matching the existing grout), and doing the same in the bathroom around the tub. Ivan (owner) returned my phone inquiry in a very prompt and professional manner. Came to my home the same day and provided a fair and reasonable quote for the work I wanted done. Ivan and his team showed up promptly at 8:00 the following morning as scheduled. Work was done in two hours. My kitchen and laundry floor tile grout look brand new. Time will tell how it lasts but Ivan represents it to be "lifetime". I highly recommend this company.

This company is amazing. I recently bought a house and after 3 months, my grout was cracking. The previous owners claimed they had all the bathrooms and floors sealed , but that was not the case. I called C&S Grout Cleaning and the owner came right out. I was so happy with the performance and great customer service. I had both my showers done, the floors, and my laundry room. We've been dithering for a while about getting the grouting and sealant on our master shower fixed. Finally I'd had enough, and, coincidentally, saw an ad for C/S Grout Cleaning. One quick email later, Ivan had arranged to do an estimate, and a couple of days after that he turned up to meticulously and professionally do the work. And pretty briskly too. End result? I reckon it's better than it was when we bought the house, oh so many years ago. Good price, quickly done, great look: well recommended.

Saw an ad for Grout Cleaning in the Home Magazine. Our showers were starting to develop mold and decided it was time for help. We called Ivan. He was able to schedule us for a free estimate the next day and was able to do the work that same week. He is professional and offers great prices. The work is top notch! I was a little worried about one spot under the bench seat in the shower after the work was completed. He came out the following week and took care of it ASAP.

Ivan and his team did a great job on our steam shower last week. We had originally thought that we would need to have the shower torn out and re-tile, but after exploring the options we decided to give the grout clean shot. They were able to pull out some of the old grout that was discolored and dirty, and they were able to fill-in with the new consistent grout that brought all of the color back to the shower. One thing that I did not notice, was that the ceiling of our steam shower hot black from some sort of residue on the grout and Ivan and his team were able to not only clean that out, but they were able to put new grout on the ceiling that makes the tile pop out like it never has before. I would highly recommend their service.
