Bee-Kleen offered the best price and service for our carpet cleaning. We had used other coupon mailer companies and Steve’s service left our carpets thoroughly cleaned and not partly dirty like the other carpet cleaning companies we had used in the past. He helped with some pet stains as well !

Awesome! First, the technician was polite, kind, and careful. The effect was even better! He brought my couch (Grandma’s couch) to life! It’s a gorgeous antique again. I have used other air duct cleaning services before but I always felt like I was kind of getting ripped off and they didn’t do a very good job. But this company was highly recommended by Reliable Heating and plumbing, which is another great company, so we thought we’d try it. All I can say is they really did a fantastic job! They took over 3 1/2 hours cleaning the air ducts in my house. Plus we had them do my clothes dryer vent. They were polite, professional and explained everything that they were doing and I could tell that they were really getting the air ducts clean. Don’t use another company if you need to get this done. This is the one to use because they actually really do a great job.

Bee Kleen cleaning is run the by the owner- Steve, and he does all the work. He arrives in a spotless van and his equipment is new and sparkling clean. He uses a soap free cleaning system that leaves no residue. Steve is passionate about doing a great job for his customers and getting the best result possible. My family room carpet had wear marks, dirt and and stains. He also took care of some pee stains from the dog, and added an enzyme treatment. After he cleaned it it looked like new even though it's more than 10 years old. This is by far the best carpet service I have ever received. I highly recommend Bee Kleen. His prices are very reasonable- less than I have paid others.

We are new to the area. We bought a 16 year old home. After moving in to the house, we developed allergies which we had not had prior. We noticed that "dusting" was needed almost daily. Neighbors told us that was probably because of the dry air at this elevation. Our 20 year old dryer was no longer drying clothes the way it had prior to the move.
At the suggestion of our furnace company, Reliable Heating and Air, we called Steve at Bee-Kleen. Steve explained the process and added that the dryer vent may also need servicing. We scheduled the cleaning for the first available slot.
Scott arrived as scheduled. He once again explained the process and what we should expect from the service. He got all the equipment into the house and started work. He was very efficient from the ground floor to the basement. He showed us the "octopus" like attachment that went on the end of the air hose and the vacuum he attached to both the supply and return plenums of the furnace. Then the fun began.
Apparently the ducts had never been cleaned in 16 years. The previous owners had dogs, cats, and lots of kids. That octopus stirred up a lot of dirt, dust (including sheetrock dust from the original build), dog and cat hair, carpet fiber, and more.
After completing the cleaning of the ductwork, Scott tackled the dryer vent. It is vented vertically and exits through the roof 17 feet above the laundry room. The vent was plugged just below that 17 foot mark. Pictures are better than words in this case. Take a look at the pile of damp, moldy lint that came out of the vent.
It's now been a few days plus a furnace filter change since the cleaning. I am now sleeping through the night and the tissue box is no longer my constant companion.
We moved from another state and had that "$89 complete ductwork cleaning" process done there. It never worked so we were skeptical in having it done again. Our experience with Reliable Heating was so good that we asked Afton and Nick for a referral.

Had a room with a terrible looking carpet and wanted to see if cleaning would work or not. Received a great quote and Jason did his best to clean the carpet but carpet was too gone to save. Will definitely go to them again as I have other carpet areas that they may be able to save.
