I had a great experience with Meyer Mechanical. This was for residential service and I heard of them by a referral from Little Lynn's Lawncare. Nancy in the office was great to deal with, and the technician, Jim was also very professional. My AC had a leak in the coolant line, and it was found and resolved very quickly on a follow up visit. I did not have to wait long for a follow up visit. Follow up was needed because it was a 4-6 hour repair job. Nancy reminded me to keep them in mind for my heater in the fall and at not point did anyone try to upsell me on anything. I will definitely be considering this company for all my future HVAC needs.

Meyer was great about getting us on their schedule and they communicated the arrival time very well. I feel like the service we received was thorough and the technician knowledgeable. They were helpful on a few issues we were having with our HVAC.

This was my first time using Brown’s and it was a great experience. From Lisa in the office who was amazing and very knowledgeable (what an asset she is!) to Tim B., the technician who did the repair. Tim was right on time, took the time to answer ALL my questions, with patience, so I fully understood my options. He presented me with not only the cost of the current repair, prior to doing it, but also gave me options for upgrades I might want to make in the future. The cost was straightforward, no gray areas, which I really appreciated. A huge plus was that I never felt any pressure to choose any particular option or upgrade. Tim gave me the information and I chose what I wanted to proceed with. I now consider Tim to be “my guy” and will be using Brown’s for any HVAC or AC needs. Highly recommend.

Our technician today was Billy. He was on time, polite, and worked cleanly. He checked over our furnace and change the filters. Double checked the thermostat. He was very thorough in everything that he did. We would be delighted to have him come back again.
After having dealt with one less than reputable heating and cooling company, working with Brown’s is a breath of fresh air. We are very happy to have found them.

Mid-July during a week of 90 degree weather our AC wasn't cooling , adding to that we had house guests for the entire week. Best in class by reputation, I expected no rescue by Brown's. Brown's came the next day, diagnosed a leak in a solder joint, recharged the system and scheduled time for a permanent repair.
Overwhelmed by service calls two weeks into a heat wave, Brown's fit in a visit and rescued us. I owe a debt of gratitude to Brown's !

Almost five years ago Brown's installed our air conditioning, whole house humidifier and a new programmable thermostat. Since then we have had them service both the heating, AC and humidifier each year. We have had a great experience and have taken advantage of their annual service agreement. I would definitely recommend Brown's to anyone.

Earlier this year my Tech, Mitch, installed a humidifier on my system. He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about the system and it’s operation. Mitch did the install quickly and was even able to give me a discount (shhh!). Secondly, today (8/25/2021) Mitch came to check out my wet utility room. Again very friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly (clogged a/c drain), he provided the options and made a reasonable recommendation. He outlined the process, the cost and even the amount of cleanup necessary. The repair was quick, the price for repair+service charge stung but less so than the cost of a new hot water heater, which I thought could have been the problem. All-in-all I am extremely pleased with Brown’s and especially Mitch! I will ask for him specifically for any future needs. To Brown’s management: Please recognize Mitch’s professionalism, knowledge and courteous manner for both of these instances (initial install and months later a/c repair). I was unable to submit a review earlier and need to make sure that any appropriate compensation for a great job on Mitch’s part is recognized two fold. Thanks so much for the great service! I will clearly keep your card handy. *****

New furnace and AC (at separate times) through Browns. I had price compared with other companies, and Browns was competitively priced and didn’t try to upsell other products and monthly/yearly services. Mike came out and was informative, giving us his professional opinion on units as well as what not to bother with. We had the same installment team both times, which included two guys who were super friendly and courteous. Both installations were timely and seamless from beginning to end. It’s refreshing to do business with a company like this. I highly recommend Browns for HVAC needs.

Browns installed our new AC unit 5 years ago and it’s run perfectly until last week. We had a minor issue and when Browns wasn’t immediately available on a Sunday, we made the mistake of calling another vendor who did not meet our expectations. They didn’t even open up our unit to take readings before misdiagnosing the problem.
When we called Browns the next day to fix things, every person we spoke to from the start was helpful and showed that they cared about our issue. They were able to put us on their standby list and got a tech out to our rural area the very next business day. Mike arrived on schedule and was friendly, polite and professional. He answered all of our questions in detail and took care of the problem affordably, taking extra steps to ensure everything would stay in good working order. He was a pleasure to have in our home and his knowledge and customer service was top notch. We will never call another company again! Browns is the best by far!

1/18/2024 - Brown's was here once again yesterday for our annual furnace maintenance. We've turned to Brown's for several years now and they always provide great service. I would highly recommend their services for all HVAC needs.

12/7/2021 - Shawn arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment today to perform yearly maintenance of our furnace. As always service was fantastic! Shawn alerted me to a component of our system which was testing outside of the normal range and we got that replaced. Since our system in 14+ years old we want to keep it well maintained. Brown's has never let us down and we'll be repeat customers in the years to come.

12/2020 - Arrived promptly (actually early after calling to confirm that was ok) and performed the task quickly and professionally. Recommended filters, which I knew that I needed, but didn't try to sell unnecessary products or services. Great Service!

Brown's Heating & Cooling service is always great with reasonable prices. The recent issue was with my air conditioner and Dave the technician was very professional and enjoyable to visit with. They always do their best to get a technician out as soon as possible.

I had these guys replace my furnace and AC. I'm in real estate management and I work with contractors everyday. I also deal with salesman constantly. (Most salesman are idiots). These guys are the real deal. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the salesman and the technicians that installed my system. I would highly recommend using Browns for any residential HVAC application.

Had these guys help me out when i messed up trying to install my smart thermostat myself on an older home. They came first thing in the morning and replaced the part I fried. They rewired my old and outdated wiring system to my thermostat and they hooked up the new smart thermostat for me and walked me through how to use it. Mike was my tech and he was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the area after wards. This same company installed our A/C last year and they were excellent then too. Highly Recommend.

Brown's entire staff are always knowledgeable and professional. We have found them to be trusted advisors to our home HVAC system. They give us the straight scoop and never oversell. They are timely on appointments, pleasant, and customer service is obviously part of their culture. I'm a loyal Brown's Heating and Cooling customer because of how they have treated me.

Once again Brown's comes through for me! Mitch did a great job in doing a quick repair on my furnace to keep it going during this cold spell. And was able to the do a lasting repair a day later when parts came in. I have had super service for my furnace, A/C, and hot water heater since 2004. Every person I have dealt with in all that time has been friendly, proficient, efficient and great to deal with. I just wish all the service companies I have had to deal with were as good.

We were having issues with our furnace and contacted Brown's. Scheduling was easy and they were able to fit us into the schedule the following morning. Mitch was our technician. Mitch was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable/communicative as to what the issue was and how he would be able to fix it.
