The tech that came out to service our Furnace & AC “Dillion “ was extremely thorough and informative. Told use all the things he checked and if there were any issue that needed to be concerned with. Today Tim came and serviced our heating and a/c. He did a great job checking all the components and insuring they were within factory specs. He thoroughly cleaned the furnace and inspected the A/C cooling coils.
I've been using Brown's to service our HVAC system since 2009 and I've always had great service. (My landlord at my previous house used them and recommended them to me )

I switched to Brown's Heating and Cooling annual service for my seasonal furnace and air-conditioning maintenance, and I am very happy with them. Both the ladies who take the phone calls and the techs they've sent to my home have been very professional, polite, and thorough. Unlike some of my past experiences, they do not try to sell me additional parts and services when they are here for a maintenance visit.

We are so happy with our air conditioning replacement Browns recently did for us. Everyone I dealt with from the front office to the owner and installers was a great experience. Our system was inspected today by regional and passed with no issues, they said the installers did a great job. I will definitely use Browns in the future. Thank you!

Browns was great. We had an issue with the instal but they came back out and fixed it. Gerald was amazing and did a FANTASTIC job and was professional and friendly. His "side kick" was great also ;0 They stood by thier work.

They showed up right on time actually had we been home, they could’ve come earlier! He did a very thorough job of inspecting the furnace. They made an emergency call in February 2023, and helped us out immensely with getting our furnace up and running when we had a house full of company! Would definitely use again and definitely recommend.

Every time we are in need, Brown's answers the call. They are always professional and courteous. They have kept our aged furnace going knowing we aren't in a position to purchase new just yet. But when we are, we will definitely use them. Our usual technician is Mitch K and we adore him. Wonderful work ethic, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We can't say enough nice things about Brown's. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. Called in the morning. The technician was there early afternoon to fix our central AC. Mike was thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. I will call them back anytime I have an issue with my heating and cooling needs.

My experience with Browns was great!
Everyone I was in contact with was up to the task! I bought mini splits for my home as we have radiant heat & no duct work. So far working good.

Richard was very personable and knowledgeable. My confidence in Richard and his engineering abilities is strong. We are awaiting the bid to make our final decisions.

Had a central air conditioning unit installed in 2015. Works great! Had my annual services done on the Furnace. Excellent work by Tim B. I was well informed on what he was doing and why. We have been using Brown's Heating and Cooling for years and have ALWAYS been impressed with their services and staff!!! I have spoken with April many times over the phone and she is so incredibly kind, communicative and professional. She always returns my phone calls in a timely manner and works us into their busy schedule if we are having issues with our unit. We strongly rely on their services because of my son's health and they have always been such a pleasure to deal with. All of their techs are so friendly and respectful when they are servicing our unit, this speaks volumes with this type of business. This business has never overcharged us for their services and they are very fair with their pricing. Cristian was the tech that did the maintenance on our AC unit last week and he was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and detailed in explaining what he did/the services he performed and gave us some great advice on how to keep our unit running at it's best this summer. We appreciated him taking the time to wear shoe covers when going coming into our home (all of their techs have done this for our family over the years and we are so grateful). I have recommended this company to my friends and co-workers and they have all been so happy with their services as well. Browns was great they walked me through everything I needed to set up my HVAC system the most efficient way. They were trust worthy and helped immensely working with me to get AC paid through my insurance. Even when there was a communication problem that turned a couple hour job into an all day job they put in the extra effort to make sure it was done right. Can't say enough about the team at Browns.

I found Browns heating about a year ago and had an awesome experience with them and the technician Mitchell.

However recently just moved into a new home and wanted to do a service on my AC unit. Mike arrived earlier and gave some great insight and feedback on doing maintenance on the heater rather than the AC due to the heating season coming along. Gave me some great tips on some home improvements and we went forward with cleaning the heater. To my surprise we found some large plastic bag pieces, extremely grateful Mike recommended to do this inspection and prevented any damages that could of happened!

We had Brown's replace our furnace and A/Cs and they did a fantastic job! Very good communication, support, and timely work. We are so happy with the new furnace and are a lot more comfortable in our home. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish I knew I made the right choice. If you want quality work and quality products installed, I implore you to give Brown’s the opportunity. The crew that replaced my 36 year old furnace and installed my AC in my 100 year old house were very professional, competent and efficient. And the best part is, you can tell they enjoy what they do and have fun doing it. That makes the difference for me. Very close attention to detail. Brown’s is hands down the best in town.

Andy was polite and professional! He went above and beyond to ensure my new AC works well! They had to do all this work in a crawlspace that’s only 4 feet high. Amazing!

Edit: I have used their maintenance program for the last year and just renewed it. Had my first appointment on this new plan and as always, they are polite and professional and do a thorough job. I would recommend them to anybody.

Well it’s time to post this four years later maybe petty but it came up in my memories. I had just bought this basketball hope for my two boys. Browns heating a lighting left a note on my door that said. “Your basketball hoop was in the street”. Well I had it on video most certainly not in the street on the sidewalk yes.. I called in the next day to see if they planned on compensating me for 300 dollar hoop they hooked with there ladder and ruined. The person I spoke with was really rude and said you can’t have the hoop in the street so we aren’t paying for it. So just wanted everyone to know the type of people they are. You ruined it pay up!!!!
