I purchased a new furnace and air conditioning unit from Coopers a year ago. Everything went great. It runs great, my utility bills have lowered, no problems. The only problem I have encountered was I thought I had a maintenance plan with them for this first year to check my AC in the Spring and my Furnace in the fall. Apparently, I was very confused because the plan, by the same name, only offers one inspection and that basically happens right after the installation. Isn't that really just making sure they did their job correctly? I called them earlier this year and wasn't given correct information about the situation. My confusion could have been resolved at that time. Then today, I received an email that it was time to renew my maintenance package. But I didn't really have a package to renew. It is so confusing and misleading, especially for new home owners like me. I wish I could provide 2 scores because Iain, who took my call 3 times today, was so professional and patient with the rantings of an old woman. He deserves a medal. I just wish the customer service went right down to the minutia of transparency with the sales team.

From start to finish, the entire Cooper team went above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our home was nothing short of impressive. Every step of the install was done with diligence and precision, and they made sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with our new system - it’s exactly what we hoped for, and the experience was seamless thanks to the Cooper team. Highly recommended!

I called Copper Heating and cooling for an emergency no heat, although they couldn't fix my furnace they diagnosed it and recommended next steps. Chandler Siggers was the technician that looked at my unit was super professional and explained everything perfectly. Even showed what he was doing. Most appreciated. I'll call Copper heating and cooling everytime.

Of course we picked one of the coldest days for November 2024. Installation went smoothly. The Installation team were professionals. They Trained us on the new equipment And answered all our questions. Great team exceptional work!

Do not do a maintenance agreement with this company. Do not attempt to book online. Their customer service practices are corrupt. They mislead you into believing you can have an appointment within 5 days and then reschedule you MONTHS later. They did it to me 3 times over the course of our relationship.
Their techs are very good. But the company and apparently its management is more about your money in their pocket than helping you.
It took me over 30 minutes to terminate my subscription, because they kept trying to get me to allow them to reschedule me for the same day, AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE BOOKED FOR MONTHS!

Had two damper motors replaced by Chandler with Cooper. He was on time and efficient. So far so good with the install. Price was reasonable, and I have to say the responsive and timely communication with Jason has been a pleasure.

I have nothing but good things to say about the techs that came to my home. We had four total, one hvac , one electrician and today we had a plumber who came with a helper/apprentice. Each one was very friendly and communicative as well as thorough in their tasks, making sure to keep me informed and up to date with every step they took. All of the technicians were so patient and took time to make sure that i understood the process as well as all the options available and were straight up about fees and charges. I can honestly say I don't at all feel mislead or that unnecessary charges were applied or that we were duped. Keep up the good work guys! I would 100% recommend Cooper Heating and Cooling!!! 🫶

Water Heater Replacement- Full plan explained by Martin. The team with Martin, Dion and Ed were prompt, courteous and efficient. Even with an unforeseen valve problem, a new part was obtained by a team member rapidly and replaced. System installed and checked. Complete plan and install was then relayed to me prior to their departure. Excellence!

I have used cooper HVAC service for years now. They have provided satisfactory service for the most part. Unfortunately Last time ( some 8-10 months ago) i had a very bad experience with their plumbing tech. So I was hesitating to use them for my electrical service this time. However I had an excellent experience with Sam Alberico with electrical repairs this time. Sam was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, and didn’t try to cut any corners. I was very happy with his service today.

Cooper installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit on our home and did it well and quickly. They made the process very easy. After a few months, it was found that the AC had to be moved. Jason Berg (Regional General Manager) took great care of us. They coordinated the move of the unit, the new parts, and did it without any cost to us. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the response to our issue. I highly recommend Cooper.

Stellar. Furnace would not kick on and house was freezing! They appreciated the urgency of my situation and worked around my schedule. I felt they were 100% trustworthy so I just unlocked the house and had them assess and fix.

Attention to detail is important on HVAC and hot water heater repairs. Nick and his crew diagnosed and repaired my HVAC, added ductwork, and replaced my hot water heaters. All of the work was done with considerable care and done well. I am really happy!

My family and I got our furnace replaced through absolute comfort back in 2008. Our furnace was really old and it was time to get a new one. Colorado Springs utility recommended us to get furnace through them and I believe Robert was our estimator. He was very nice and honest with the price.

Nick and his team at Absolute Comfort were a huge help to my wife and I. Customer service like that is greatly appreciated these days.

Nick, the installation team, and office staff were terrific. They replaced a very old furnace with a high efficiency, two stage furnace. They also replaced the water heater and added an expansion tank.
All work was done as scheduled. All were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The work was neatly done, and they cleaned up before leaving.

Absolute Comfort replaced my aging heater with a new heater/AC. They did a great job installing the new unit in a tight vertical space and now we have a cool house during the summer heat which is very nice.

The customer service at Absolute Comfort is unmatched! They are precise, they care about their customers and do excellent work! I highly recommend them!

Nick and his team replaced our aging solar water heater system and did a great job. Nick came out within a day of me calling. He gave the system a thorough check and realized the old system was barely working. He gave us several different options and price points. He and his team came out when they said they would and were finished in the time frame they gave us. They were knowledgable and very respectful of us and our home and showed the utmost courtesy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and they will be the company I use for all future heating and cooling maintenance jobs.

We had a boiler/furnace replacement done by Absolute Comfort. We were very pleased with the longevity of the 2 workmen who came for the 3 day installation, and their quality work. When the city inspector came and commented "I sleep better when THIS company installs these boiler units"...well, that was super to hear! They were very complimentary with the workmanship this company provides, also, so we definitely made a great decision with this purchase!

When we purchased our home in 2018, the previous owners recommended Absolute Comfort to maintain the HVAC. For five years, they provided excellent annual service. When it came time to replace the HVAC and install a new water heater this year, we got a very fair bid from Nick. His crew then completed the install in a fast and efficient way, and passed inspection with flying colors. I highly recommend this company.
