Nick and his crew are great. They worked around a change I had, installing a heat pump that works great but is unobtrusive. The crew did great work, seemingly leaving the house cleaner than it started even though they had to drill through walls. Highly recommend.

We have been a repeat customer of Absolute Comfort. The last water they had put in lasted 17 years, which is very good for a hard water area like ours. Last Friday morning our water heater wasn't working anymore. I called Absolute Comfort and Chris called me a couple of hours later and was on his way out to our home in Monument.
After assessing the issues, he gave me an estimate that I agreed to. About 2 hours later, he and 2 other technicians, returned and had a new one in our house before the weekend. All is working well and I was very happy with the service.

Absolute Comfort did an outstanding job repairing my in-floor and baseboard heating system. David was meticulous in diagnosing and repairing the system (6 zones, 2 pumps, 2 controllers, etc.) Nick was responsive, thorough, and took the time to explain the details to me. And the office staff was polite and efficient. The repaired system is quiet and running better than ever. A+.

Absolute Comfort is great! They have installed a new furnace, rebuilt my A/C system and installed A new hot water heater. Nick, the owner is always available and is up to date on all the new Technology on HVAC. Highly recommend them!

Water heater replacement. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort for this service(they also do furnace work)! Our hot water heater decided to check out on Monday afternoon and Absolute Comfort squeezed us in on a same day service call and our water heater was replaced the next day. They treated us as a priority which is super refreshing based on past experiences with service companies. Professional, courteous and caring! My husband and I do not leave a lot of reviews but the amazing service that was provided by this company, and specifically from Nick was something that I never encountered in my 57 years.
Last month our AC went out so my husband reached out while he was at work via phone on a Saturday and Nick answered the phone. He stated that be was unable to come out that day but provided a few, very detailed suggestions on how to possibly fix our ac unit. Nick assured my husband he would call him on Monday and check in and if he was not able to fix the problem that Nick would come out and fix our unit.
Late Monday morning my husband received a call from Nick and he was happy to report to Nick that his suggestions were perfect and within 45 minutes after he got home from work, my husband had repaired the unit per Nick’s very detailed instructions.
I was in complete shock that number one, a company would actually go above and beyond by spending time on the phone giving detailed suggestions on how to possibly fix the issue and then followed through and called back as he stated he would. But number two, that my husband actually pulled it off. Like WOW! I am so impressed by this company, Nick and my amazing husband!

Nick and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I’ve had 4 or 5 other companies out to service/repair my boiler and haven’t been impressed. The other large companies’ technicians were not hydronics experts and charged me to learn on my system, most without success. This wasn’t the case with Nick and for the first time I believe I’ve found the last company I need to continue maintenance on my boiler system.

Nick and his company are top notch!!! They installed a tankless water heater for us and did an excellent job with wonderful customer service. If you want it done right you will choose them!! I will be having them install my new a/c unit also because I know it will be correct and have excellent backing if there is ever an issue!!

I needed to retrofit HVAC in a cottage built in 1929 without central heating ductwork. The Mitsubishi heat pump is perfect for this building. Nick took care of everything, including permits, inspection, and utility rebate application. Superb service!

We were in a heating crisis during the below zero temps last week. I just went down the line of companies to call and all said it would be an afterhours charge for same day service. I called Absolute Comfort and they were out that very morning. We had a rather complicated system do to age of the house. Dylan and Nick said they weren't leaving until we had heat. Unfortunately we needed a part that they had to order because the maker of the furnace went out of business. They were here the next day and got everything up and running smoothly. I can't say
enough good about this company. I have an elderly mom that they were very patient with. Extremely professional, kind, and very reasonable in cost. I highly recommend this company.

Absolute Comfort installed three Rinnai Direct Vent heaters in our home addition. They were always on time for appointments and were quick to get the installation accomplished. More importantly, they stuck with us as we worked to get the heaters adjusted to our high altitude ( 7000 ft +). Very professional. Highly recommend!

Great company! My old A/C unit went down and was leaking coolant. Absolute Comfort replaced the entire unit, cleaned up the areas from the leak and the areas where they worked. They covered the carpet to keep it clean.
