We contacted Absolute Comfort to get an estimate on installing a Mitsubishi AC unit and heat pump, and they were quick to respond and came out to look at the site and provide a quote for the work. They gave a very reasonable estimate and also provided useful info on C.S. Utilities rebate program and tax credits for the unit we were considering. They were able to come out and install the unit within a week of our agreeing on the quote, and the crew arrived promptly on time and got right to work. They did a great job installing the unit (both internal and external components), as well as rewiring the electrical panel and running clean lines with covers for both the AC unit lines and the electrical lines. The whole crew was very friendly and professional, and got the project completed in less than a day. I would highly recommend Absolute Comfort to anyone looking to get HVAC help.

Easy to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Friendly - both the person on the phone and the person who came and serviced our AC/Furnace. Explained what he did and that there are no concerns at this time. Did check the date on the water heater also and let me know how old it is.

Dylan did a great job and is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely neat in the way he repairs items. He installed a new thermostat and connected it to my WiFi; he installed a service valve on my expansion tank; and he cut in a union on my tankless hot water heater. He always wears botties to protect you house and he always has the parts needed (in his truck). Highly recommend Absolutely Comfort for all your HVAC needs!

We recently had Absolute Comfort inspect and perform maintenance on our boiler heating system and our Mitsubishi split heating and cooling system.
We have used Absolute to annually inspect and maintain our HVAC systems for over 20 years. (A number of years ago, they even constructed a custom-built wood frame with a screen over the outside vent which now prevents mice from getting into our boiler!)

Absolute Comfort, Inc has been my HVAC source for both heating and air conditioning (product selection, installation, maintenance, and repair) for about a decade. I find Nick (owner) to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive, competitive, and above all trustworthy. Most recently, Dylan and Scott, installed a new IBC Boiler to replace an end of life Triangle Boiler. Their retrofit design (into my former Triangle implementation) is outstanding. Of particular note, their implementation improves the maintainability of my radiant heating system going forward.
