The plumbing technician, Kyle, arrived early, was very professional and quickly assessed the issue. It was solved very quickly and to our satisfaction. We will use him again in the future and highly recommend.

I had an issue and gave them a call they came out and fixed the problem quickly. I wouldn’t use anyone else. All of the workers are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

We rent and sometimes it’s the luck of the draw with who we get for maintenance techs. The tech that came out explained everything to me in a way I understood, was so helpful, fixed my heating, and identified other issues that needed to be addressed.

Ryan did excellent work. Fixed a drainage problem and diagnosed the cooling lines, they were too warm. Recharged and now we have cold air first time in three summers! Other HVACrs said it was normal. Highly recommend. Just give them a call!

I have had a wonderful experience with PB&J Heating and Air. Working with a property management company is very demanding and they do not miss a beat. They are affordable, flexible and can keep up with our changing scheduling systems. They have done our annual furnace, ac services, as well as routine repairs. I am constantly getting compliments from residents on their quick response time and knowledgeable technicians. Lydia is a scheduling champion! Over all, they have made my job as maintenance coordinator so much easier. I can't recommend them enough.

I was pleasantly surprised with both interactions I’ve had (idk if it’s the same companies), but for the guy that came out and fixed the heater the 2nd time (12/2/25), and the guy a couple of weeks ago that replaced the water heater both seemed really knowledgeable in their jobs, and they just had really good presentation and were solid with their customer service skills, so hopefully you and Dorman continue working together under contracts, cause we could definitely use more ppl like this in the everyday world since customer service just completely sucks nowadays. Both guys were definitely good representations of your company.

I had an issue with my A/C drip pan for months. It wasn’t working correctly when I moved into my place, but the A/C mechanic Mark fix my A/C drip pan issue with ease. Was the best service and save me trouble with A/C issues in the near future. Would recommend Mark for any jobs.

My experience has been that All American Mechanical techs are straight shooters, honest, and reliable. No phantom "problems" found with furnace checkups. No up-sell push. They are professionals with a real commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent Service! Quick response time, and friendly techs. We use them for all of our Apartment issues with our central Air/Heat, and we always have the all service request fixed efficiently and effectively. They have the best prices in the area especially for the quality of services they provide. Would and have recommended.

I had recently moved into an apartment and there was a serious issue where the HVAC unit was not out putting any air conditioning. So I raised my concerns to the apartment complex manager and they had this company come out. The service technician who came out wasn't very thorough. He inspected the HVAC unit and the thermostat. We raised our thoughts that it might be needing the freon filled up, however the technician would need to access the roof to check. This technician refused to go up and check on the freon levels. When I explained the issues of what was going on with the unit, the technician claimed that with apartment units like mine, I couldn't set the thermostat below 70 degrees. I told him that, I hadn't been in an apartment like that before where that would be an issue and he got sort of snippy and said "Well that's just how it is". He did a few things after that and then left. However, the AC issue was still not fixed, which did not make me happy, or the apartment complex manager happy either. So we had to have a different company come in and that company actually took their times to check the unit and resolved the issue that was causing the AC to not put out. I was not impressed with the experience from All American Mechanical company and the service technician.

We just had Earl and Kyle come out and fix our A/C unit. Feels nice in our home now. They did a great job and was respectful.

Kyle and Earl were efficient, professional, and communicative. They kept me updated throughout the process. I also appreciate that they were good with my dog who was definitely curious.
