Nick did a service on my furnace. This was a high dollar unit installed by a supposedly reputable firm. He found several installation errors that they had missed on the initial install and subsequent services. He fixed those and also included procedures the other guys should have included in their basic service, but charged extra for- like cleaning the blower cage. He also found deficiencies in the work done 3 months ago on the other service.

Had central AC installed in our townhome, and I’m so impressed! I submitted an inquiry online and heard back within a few hours. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, which was unexpected but a relief that we got in before hot weather hit. Nick and the team were kind, efficient, and reasonably priced. They went above and beyond—their work is so clean and professional. I’m so glad to have found this company!!

Dominic was very diligent in his work. He is very knowledgeable and was very respectful. He was able to find the root cause of the issue with our thermostat/heater. I did not feel like he was rushing to get out of there, he was committed to completing the stated task to the full need. Thank you Dominic!

Aside from the main service, Becky was extremely helpful and friendly with getting the time scheduled. Overall I had a pleasant experience with this company.

I bought a new ecobee thermostat and thought it would be simple to install - It wasn’t and I already had the old one off and gone.
When I called, I asked if they could possibly fit me in any gaps or cancellations they had and they said they would try.
Dave said he could fit me in.
I have gotten to know the tech from previous service calls as I’m on There an annual plan so I feel comfortable allowing him access to the home while we were gone.
He did a great job!

He was friendly, approachable, informative and professional! He explained what he would be doing re: routine service. Then after he explained all again including condition of unit, he then advised on the type of filters we should use in future.

Kyle came out for what seemed like after hours and had our AC fixed within the hour. He educated my mom and I on how to manage any issues, and he has us so much more comfortable. We are so so so appreciative of his care!

I’ve used Reliable a few times over the years for a brand new AC install, gas line install, and most recently a service for my furnace and AC. Every time the same tech, Kyle, has been the one to help me out. They offer very fair pricing and Kyle is a master of his craft. He is very knowledgeable and communicates throughout the visit. He’s the reason I keep calling back and will continue to do so

Dave was my technician yesterday. I appreciated his thorough accessment of the air conditioning situation. He patiently answered my questions and explained what would be helpful. He changed my air filters and the batteries in the thermostat box. I relied so much on George to remember these things. He has been in Heaven since Christmas Eve after 8 months with brain cancer. When I told Dave about George he was very empathetic and kind. He stayed on task which is good, and asked if I had any further questions.
The work he did is functioning great now! Thank you for such good training and for hiring reliable people like Matt who did our furnace in January and Dave who worked here yesterday!

They were early and very professional. They worked quickly and carefully. They explained everything very well. Kyle was great!

My husband and I can’t say enough about how much we love Reliable Heating. From pipe leaks, boiler issues and a failing thermal expansion system, Reliable has held our hand the entire way and made us feel comfortable through the replacement process. Tonight, Kyle stayed until almost 7pm to ensure he got as much work done as possible and that we could sleep easy knowing everything was taken care of. And that was as after coming out on a same day service call!!! As a licensed Real Estate Agent, I will be recommending Reliable Heating to all of my clients.

I have been a Reliable Heating & Cooling customer for about 5 years. I had been happy with their service until recently. I had a bad blower motor on my A/C unit that needed to be replaced. They replaced it with what is called a RESCUE motor. This motor did fix the grinding problem but the repair left me with a very noisy unit. I had them come out for a second time to see if the could make the system quieter. They replaced the fan but the unit was still noisy. They then replaced the unit with what they said was a non-rescue motor. The unit was still noisy. When I asked what could be done they said they had gone above and beyond to fix my unit and I should go elsewhere to get help. I went to a Train repair got an OEM unit and it is now quiet as a mouse. I am including a picture of the supposedly non-Rescue motor they installed. Bottom line, based on my recent experience I would not recommend Reliable any longer.

We made the absolute best choice having Reliable take a look at our furnace that was having an issue. They came out on the same day I called. I wasn't home, but my wife was. Dave took a look and realized it was a relatively easy repair, which he did. He explained the issue in detail and provided us a number of pictures in an email so that we could do the repairs ourselves in the future, if necessary. And all for the entirely reasonable cost of a diagnostic visit, which was a huge relief.

The service was amazing. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Explain Everything with details and repair. What I needed to be done. Extremely recommended..

I was pleasantly surprised on same day appointment. Becky was amazing to get me set up. My technician Kyle, was professional and very knowledgeable about my furnace. I believe he was here about 10 minutes and wa-la I had heat again! I would definitely recommend Reliable Heating!

Our A/C and Furnace stopped working but luckily we have Blue Ribbon Home Warranty who dispatched the work order to Reliable Heating and Cooling on Monday. Reliable staff contacted us that afternoon indicating a technician would be out Wednesday. Dominic was assigned our job. He is absolutely wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and methodically troubleshot our HVAC System until each problem was resolved. We were very impressed with his attention to detail and work ethic.

We would definitely use this company again and wholeheartedly recommend Dominic and Reliable Heating and Cooling.
