Dave and Matthew just installed a new Carrier A/C unit for me. The house is already cooler than it was with the old unit and it’s 95 degrees out. Dave was knowledgeable, deliberate, got the work done quickly and answered all of my questions as he did the install and calibrated the system. Matthew was very polite and took great care to vacuum the entire work area and the hallways he walked down to enter my attic to work on the air handler. These guys work so hard and they know so much, it’s hard to believe there are many like them out there.
Would give 10 stars if it was an option!

Kyle was professional and gave us all the information we needed about our furnace. A new part was needed and he took care of that, helped us with problems we were having with the thermostat, sent us full copies if the bill and pictures where the part was replaced. Reliable has been our heating and cooling company for over 10 years now. They are the BEST!!

My new go to HVAC company! I called today got an appointment for Monday, the receptionist called me a few hours later and said there was a cancellation and asked if they could come today (Friday). When the tech came out he was professional, knowledgeable and honest! I would definitely recommend this company! Thank you Reliable Heating for fixing my AC on a very hot day!

We’ve been using this company for the past two years and it has been nothing but a positive experience. Our technician this year was Dominic who did an amazing job. He was prompt, friendly, informative, and kept us notified of everything he was doing every step of the way. He was very polite, respectful, and considerate. We have always had excellent technicians with this company, but I have to say that Dominic went above and beyond and was delightful to work with as he was very detailed and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this company for all your heating and cooling needs!

Dominic came to do a follow-up cleaning to his previous health check. This gentleman is so thorough and professional. The furnace should have been cleaned ages ago and he’s the first tech that suggested it. The system was filthy with years of build-up. Trusted and respected - gave me even more faith in Reliable than I already had.

They have serviced my ac unit (and fixed it) and my furnace. Always polite, on time and knowledgeable. The front desk has been great too.

We discussed historical performance and personal concerns related to the heating/cooling system. He worked diligently and quickly. He realigned/graded the condensate drain that the previous service company either never noticed or just ignored for many years. Now it will drain properly and without incident!
He uncovered items missed in previous years by another service firm regarding my heat exchanger splitting apart and the potential dangers that can create.

I was highly impressed with the tech who came out to inspect my furnance. Very thorough, and knowledgeable service. He explained everything he did answered all my questions and the cost was pleasantly less than expected.

Reliable is exactly that, very reliable. Even with scheduling issues, like almost today, Becky was and always is very communicative. All the technicians that have provided either the air conditioning or heater maintenance is top notch and considerate. We have had them come to Mom's property and mine for nearly 8 years. I highly recommend the service maintenance package, it well worth it and avoids an scheduling hassle. Becky is on it year after year and contacts me to get dates for the maintenance 2x a year, keeping things on track.

Dominic and Ezra were on time, exhibited very professional behabior, gave us the options for possibly extending the life of our 20 yr furnace. They completed the work, and we can sleep better at night knowing that. We used Blue Ribbon so the cost reflects that.

From our first call with Kyle, first meeting and then today to conclude the instal Kyle was absolutely wonderful. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very very helpful. Especially when we learned the home warranty would not provide coverage. We are very grateful to Kyle. Give him a raise (smile) or a bonus.

Reliable Heating & Cooling sent Dom & Ezra to my home to service my furnace which had stopped completely.

These two individuals were respectful and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently, left to pick up a part and didn't leave until the job was finished. The furnace is old and I wasn't sure it could be repaired.

I will definitely be using Reliable Heating & Cooling in the future.

These guys replaced my furnace earlier this week, so far it’s running just fine. While they were here they were careful, professional, and helpful. They answered all of my questions in a clear manner, took care in placing their drop cloths and moving the larger parts not to do any damage, and took the time to explain the new system more than they needed to.
