We worked with them for 5 years, and had a repeated problem. We paid more than $1,000 for multiple maintenance visits but they failed to change a disposable part during any of those visits for that problem. When pointed out, they gave a small credit and withdrew services. In other words, keep paying for their mistakes and its fine. Make them provide a small credit, and they are done. Lots of platitudes in their review comments, but when they have to walk the walk, they walk away instead.

I had a great experience with HVAC Solutions. This is the nicest company you could deal with. Jason had come to my house to do an estimate for the AC installation and explained everything very clearly and professionally. The installation team (Matt and Shean) was excellent. Super friendly, professional, well organized and very clean. I was very impressed how fast they got the job done.
Also, the price was very reasonable.
I'm so happy with my AC unit.

I had such a great experience using HVAC Solutions for installing my AC. Jason’s team came out to do the installation and were absolutely fantastic. Caleb made sure the job was done correctly and waited to make sure there were no issues. He was extremely professional and a hard worker to top it off. If you want the job done right, call HVAC Solutions. They will be my go to from here on out!

We had HVAC solutions remove and install a furnace, A/C, and humidifier this past winter. We are very satisfied with the work. There were some initial problems to work out but Jason at HVAC was easy to work with and quickly took care of our concerns. We will use them in the future for our HVAC needs.

Tanner was our A/C service representative. He was very professional and informative. Tanner got our A/C unit running again quickly. HVAC Solutions charged a very fair price for the repair of our A/C unit. I will use them again in the future should the need arise.

We had ongoing issues with our furnace not coming on and decided to call HVAC Solutions for help. Initially, they diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure switch and replaced it. However, shortly after the switch was replaced, the furnace stopped working again. We called them back, and while the technician managed to get the furnace running, he admitted, “I don’t know” when asked what the actual issue was. He seemed content that it was working for the time being.

Unfortunately, the furnace stopped working yet again. A different technician was sent out, got it running temporarily, but the problem persisted. About a week later, the furnace failed again, and I called to inform them of the recurring issue. At that point, I explained to the receptionist that if I was going to be charged another service fee, I would call a different company entirely, as it seemed their techs couldn’t figure out the root cause. She assured me there would be no additional service fee and said a manager would call me.

The manager (who I later found out was also the previous owner) called and came out to look at the furnace himself. He temporarily got it running but blamed the issue on us, which didn’t make sense. To my frustration, he charged my wife another service fee despite the earlier assurance that we wouldn’t be charged again. Less than six hours later, the furnace failed yet again.

When I called back to inquire about the repeated service fees and the unresolved issue, I was sent to someone’s voicemail and never received a call back. Frustrated, I reached out to friends for a recommendation and contacted a different HVAC company. That company came out promptly, diagnosed the issue correctly, and fixed it. It has now been a couple of months, and the furnace has been running perfectly with no issues.

I cannot recommend this company. Their technicians could not accurately diagnose or fix the problem despite multiple visits, and their communication and customer service were unprofessional. To make matters worse, they charged us multiple service fees for a problem they never resolved. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that knows what they’re doing.

Very impressed with the service from HVAC. We have been customers for many years for our annual maintenance and repairs as necessary.

Jim the Sr. Service Manager gave me some extremely helpful and great advice. Solid company and caring people who actually want to do the right thing.

Jon & Carlos installed my Lennox mini split system. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They went through the installation and location of the equipment with me prior to starting the work. They listened to my concerns and delivered 100% satisfaction! Install is very neat and professional. They fully explained how to operate the unit and the remote control. They were very courteous, on time and genuinely good guys. Customer satisfaction is definitely the culture at HVAC Solutions!

Jim came out to look at our AC the same day I called. He was not only friendly and personable but also quick to troubleshoot the issue. He figured out the problem and had our AC running again that same day. With the weather heating up and their schedule likely packed, I was incredibly grateful for the fast service. I would absolutely use HVAC Solutions again—and especially Jim—any time!

I have had several great experiences with HVAC Solutions over the past few years. They were initially recommended to me by a building contractor.

I just had a gas valve go out on my furnace during one of the coldest days this winter. I called HVAC Solutions and they had a tech out the same day. He pretty diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part, and came back to get it installed. Fast, the part was under warranty, and the emergency service charge was very reasonable.

I had previously had them install a new HVAC system and help address some issues with duct work that was not correctly installed in my 30 year old home. The improvements to the duct work and the new energy efficient furnace reduced my gas usage by 20% and makes the house much cooler in the summer time than the old system could do.

They also helped me addressing low humidity levels in my house in our dry Colorado winters. The low humidity was damaging my spouse's piano. HVAC Solutions recommended a very reasonably priced steam humidifier and then installed and configured it for me. Now, I can easily raise the humidity in my house to even higher than 50% if I needed to (I keep it at about 40%).

So, not just a single experience, but multiple great experiences with HVAC Solutions. They are responsive, competent, and affordably priced.

I recently had a furnace installed and Carlos and Chris arrived on time, Carlos was very professional and had answers when I expressed a few concerns that I had. He did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards! I was very impressed with these two and at how quickly they got the job done. I was highly satisfied with HVAC Solutions and will recommend them to anyone I know that has HVAC needs.

We had no heat in our home due to the error of a different company. Paul L came out after hours and diagnosed and fixed the issue, he even corrected the work of the other company. 10/10 service.

Will definitely be keeping this company in mind for future needs.

Last year I had my furnace go out on me. House was dropping to 50degrees. I had a couple company’s stop over to give me an estimate to get a new one installed. The first 2 companies, the technicians that came out didn’t seem like they really knew what they were talking about. Which started to confuse me… LUCKILY!!!! HVAC Solutions came out…. Not only did they break down the options for me so I could understand. They also explained the 2 other company’s options they were giving me. Basically did the job for them. Made me feel super comfortable and confident that I was going with the right HVAC company. Had the furnace installed within less than a week. 1 day quick and painless. Year later, still going strong! Thank you HVAC Solutions!!!

Very pleased with the service I received yesterday from Jason. I was expecting another technician who has provided excellent service for me & my mother for several years. But Jason was professional, polite, and did not disappoint!

Floyd was able to come out same day (day after holiday) to help repair my furnace. Would definitely recommend!

If you want to get attitude and financially hosed, this company is for you! We recently called Climate Systems to follow up on an inspection they had done on one of our AC units. The tech, Rob, first tried to tell us we should consider replacing the whole system at a cost of 5k to 6k. When we questioned this, we were given a repair estimate of $2400, with a snotty notation on the estimate from Rob (a real treat he is!). I called the owner, Matt, to question this but I was essentially blown off. We called High Altitude Heating and Air for a second opinion. That company responded timely, diagnosed the problem more accurately than Climate systems, and fixed the problem for $790 - a far cry from the estimate of $2400 (THREE times as much) that Rob wrote. If you want to pay 3 times as much, Climate Systems is your go to company! If you want to be treated fairly and respectfully, call High Altitude and save yourself some serious cash!
