Berg's Heating exceeded my expectations when we had a spring AC concern! They were out to diagnose our issue the next morning after a pleasant call with their scheduling staff. Both Brent and Billy were a joy to work with. Not only was I impressed by their speed, expertise and patience to explain things so I understood, their communication was stellar through the entire process. I appreciated the detailed invoice of services provided with photos, a text prior to arrival with a name and photo of the visiting technician, and their website that directs the customer who has an HVAC issue. Last (but certainly not least!) their honesty and integrity put me at ease with the process. It was a pleasure doing business with Berg's Heating & AC and I look forward to having them come again to install a new furnace for us in the future. Thanks Berg's!

I got estimates from 5 companies, Bergs was the last one I met with. The information given and the options shown were presented very clearly and the pricing was right up front. There were no added costs, everything necessary was included in the installation cost. The work was done quickly, neatly, and efficiently. Brent and Deborah were great to work with and very customer focused. I have recommended Bergs to friends and would do business with them again.

Brent was prompt, courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He also changed the filter and corrected a problem where some loose insulation was partially blocking the air flow. I highly recommend Berg for HVAC services.

Amazing company! We had a new AC installed and everyone on the team was honest, hard working, and respectful. We ended up having an issue with the actual unit a few months later which was covered under warranty and they showed up same day to replace it. Went above and beyond to make it right. 100% recommend! They also gave us the best price out of 4 different quotes.

My heater wasn't turning on automatically. I called Berg's Heating and got an appt for the next morning! The technician arrived on time. After diagnosing the problem, he fixed my furnace and was on his way. I will DEFINITELY recommend Berg's to anyone.

Cannot say enough great things about Berg's. The most honest company I have dealt with by far concerning my furnace. I initially had them out for a new furnace quote. Brent the owner came out and when I explained why I was thinking about a new furnace he immediately said he would take a look at mine and see what he thinks. That right there won my business because everybody else just said my furnace was pretty much at its expiration date and did not bother to look at it. Instead of the new furnace, I chose to go with it cleaning this time as even though I've been having it serviced every year by other companies, Brent shared pics and it looked like it hadn't been serviced in 10 years. Billy came out and did the cleaning and had before and after pictures and it looks like a brand new furnace. It was obvious with hearing that vacuum as well as coming up and checking the temperature etc that he was doing a more thorough job than I've ever had. Billy also explained the filter size and showed me how to change filter in future. Hoping I can get another year or two out of this one but no worries as I know exactly where I will be going for my new furnace! Thanks Berg's :)!

I started feeling warm in my home despite the AC running and called for service yesterday evening. I got a return call promptly first thing in the morning scheduling a technician and someone was here in a couple of hours. The issue was fixed quickly and they even had time to do an annual service. Billy was great, very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Mike showed up promptly and identified mold in my coil. I was questioning the musty smell. He advised a full coil pull-and-clean was necessary and he took care of it and the smell is now gone. He is a sharp and friendly man. The price was reasonable. I plan to use Bergs going forth.

Caleb was very informative and explained what was going on with our system. He went above and beyond what may be expected. Setting appointment was easy and service was prompt.

Excellent communication, on time delivery, excellent options were provided to us as we looked to replace our furnace. Pricing was fair. Technicians were professional and did an excellent job.

After several quotes that came in much higher than I anticipated paying, I had Berg’s out and they gave me a great price and got our installation done very quickly. They went above and beyond my expectations and we are extremely happy with them. We’ll definitely have them out for servicing calls and will recommend them!

Mike made me feel at ease immediately. He is very knowledgeable and has all the tools to make your system as efficient as possible. I signed up to have him come back and do my AC. Now I can sleep knowing my heater is working perfectly!

Can't say enough good things about Berg's. We had not done much preventative maintenance on our heating systems (3), and feared the worst. We were so thrilled with Billy, the tech who walked through and performed the services for diagnostics and a few minor repairs. They did all the pm's on our heating systems and two air-conditioning systems in our home. Prompt, courteous, professional, skilled, fair and clear pricing. Billy even stopped to get a 2nd opinion from the company founder on one smaller issue, and explained to me why. I have never had a more helpful service on my heating and air conditioning systems than the good people at Berg's. Mike from Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning came out the day after Thanksgiving, diagnosed the heating problem, and fixed it promptly. The price was reasonable, and Mike was courteous, honest, and explained everything well. He was also able to fix the leak we were having with our humidifier system. I highly recommend Mike and Berg's Heating!

Mike, Caleb, and Chris were great! Approval from our HOA was needed before a new furnace could be installed. Mike was very accommodating while I worked with our property manager to receive the approval. Mike was very receptive when I sent questions via text and got right back to me.

I had gotten quotes from other companies and was quoted higher prices on lesser equipment…I was going to hold off on the furnace and ac installation for about a month until my furnace actually took a dump…I called and talked to Brent on Monday and new furnace and ac installed today (Thursday).
Brent’s team was on time and efficient! Great job! And thank you for getting us taken care of.
